Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation, good breakfast and staff were helpful to arrange transfers to the beach/módica old town etc. Having a water station on each floor was also very useful and saved wasting plastic.

The location is a little strange, not right in the old town of módica but slightly out of town. Nevertheless it was easy to walk to decent nearby restaurants and bars. The pool area is on the ground floor and next to a petrol station, along noisy road - from the photos this was not clear and we actually (wrongly) assumed in was on the rooftop. I also don’t remember reading that there was a charge for the transfer/beach services. Although these were not much it would be better to be clear about these additional costs at the booking stage.

Rooms are well sized and with drinking water facilities which are complimentary. excellent breakfast and very good location. Garage facilities available for clients. Very good restaurant facilities which we make use of in the evenings and reasonably priced. Apart from all this it's a modern hotel recently built and close to most of the amenities. Would not hesitate to make use of this hotel if I am at the Modica area.

The only thing I didn't like or could have been better to suit me was the length of the parking bays in the garage. If you have a car longer than 4 metres it does not fit well in the designated area. Otherwise it is important to have this facility as it is difficult to park in that area.

The hotel is very clean and modern. Beautiful design and nice rooms. Small, but nice pool with a chilling lounge next to it. Even though you are next to a big street and gas station, you can not hear it because the rooms are well isolated. Nice choice of food by breakfast and lunch (you can book it extra for 15€/pp), although more vegetarian options by breakfast would be nice. We also ate a dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was quite nice as well. Free parking in an underground garage. There are 2 supermarkets right next to the hotel. You can order a laundry service in the hotel. It is a comfortable place to stay, I would stay here again.

The surrounding of the hotel is not really nice, it is quite far from the Modica old center and it does not have this flair. When you are chilling on the pool, you can hear the traffic from the street. Spa and gym are not free for hotel guests. You have to pay for the spa and gym per hour, which does not really make sense. Would be better to offer it for free for the guests or eventually a daily rate would be appropriate.

location is not great because you need to move the car for basically everything, cleanliness could be improved.

The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and bright with natural light. There is unlimited supply of potable water (cold, natural and fizzy) which one can fill up in glass bottles found in the room. The receptionist was able to communicate very well in English. The breakfast was good, with a good variety.

Located within a car fuel station - although this may be seen as a good amenity for those who use vehicles to go round Sicily, it does reduce a bit of it's appeal (+ poor air quality). The shower itself is nice and is spacious however, the glass frame is too small and water will leak out onto the shower room floor, so a towel on the floor must be put especially for safety reasons.

This is a fabulous place to base yourself in the area. It’s just put of town and on a busy road but has extremely effective double glazing. There was no issue with noise at all The hotel is modern, and the room was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great. Having free water from a dispenser on each floor was a real bonus. The staff were good. breakfasts were fabulous with great attention from Giovanni . The reception staff were impeccable too. Underground parking was much appreciated. PS. it’s a 10 minute drive into the town. Free parking is available at a bus terminus at the top of Córso Umberto.

very new and comfortable room. the staff were helpful and friendly and modica is a beautiful city. all in all the stay was enjoyable after we found the hotel since it was not really the location that we expected.

the location of the hotel is not very picturesque since there is a petrol station attached to it and is in between 2 super markets. this made finding the hotel difficult since one does not expect this location.

Unfortunately I needed a doctor during my stay in this fantastic Hotel and the staff has gone far beyond of all my expectations. They have called one of the staff member's father to help me . They were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't remember the names but two gentleman from the Reception Team were helping so much. Thank you very much . Breakfast was great selection. Room was comforatble , new and clean, featuring all the necessary equipments one would need for all purposes of visit. Deffinitely I recommend this Hotel to every traveller looking for an accomodation in Modica.

Almost everything in the hotel was excellent. The staff were kind and considerate. The breakfast was great, lots of pastries but not so good for people who prefer savory foods in the morning, I'm sure. The pool was clean but a little small. The spa was nice. The hotel were always very kind to provide us with transfers to the old city and to the beach, whenever we asked for it, as the hotel itself is far from them.

The main issue was the restaurant. Although breakfast was good, everything else in the restaurant was not. We planned on eating in the restaurant for our first couple of meals - when we were tired and couldn't be bothered to go out - but it was absolutely not up to standard for Sicily. We saw other Italian speaking guests return full plates of food and for the prices they were being sold at, this should not have been happening.
