The very customer oriented personnel at the reception and breakfast. Large and quiet room with a comfortable king-size bed. Very large walk-in shower. Fine toiletries and very good towels. Special mention of the breakfast: absolutely stunning, superb. Nothing was missing. Easy to reach, private parking available. Value for money, highly recommended

Clean, comfortable, very polite staff, almost like a family business. Plentiful food on all breakfast, lunch and dinner options on good prices. Located outside the main city of Modica, if you have a car you avoid the whole traffic and congestion of the typical small Sicilian towns.

The location was a bit weird. Situated on top of a busy street, the entrance was basically inside a gas station. The parking was a very good plus but the space was limited and it was quite small. The pool is much worse than advertised as it is small and overlooking a main street, just covered by some plants. If your expectations are a fancy idealic pool bar in an exotic location, this is not it. Otherwise, everything was perfect, comfortable and smooth, and the staff was very polite and helpful.

It's not our first time at the Modica Boutique hotel and we always rebook this hotel . This place has all the requirements for a pleasantful holiday . The staff are all so helpful as always , breakfast is good and vast, rooms always clean, big and comfortable bed & pillows, excellent water pressure in the shower , free parking . Free natural or sparkling water is always available on each floor since there is a dispenser and this is a big bonus . Thank you Lorenzo, Antonio, Maria Grazia, Simona and all the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable as always .

This is not our first time here and it will definitely not be our last , we will not change this place with anything . Pet friendly , very clean to high standards . Lovely breakfast , relaxing pool area with soft music playing . Lovely dinner and we also had dinner by the pool one evening with great live music from a great young singer ! The bed is sooooo comfy and so are the pillows . The shower pressure is awesome . The bonus of this hotel are definitely the staff ! Starting from Lorenzo , Giovanni, Antonio, Jenny, Maria Grazia and all the rest who I can't remember their names . They all do their outmost to make you feel at home . They are so welcoming and they are the true meaning of service with a smile 😊

Modica Boutique Hotel was a perfect location to use as a central base to explore the area (Noto, Ragusa, Scicli, Palazzolo and also the coast such as Sampieri). Adriano at Reception was extremely pleasant and helpful to answer our questions and make recommendations. Try the Ciauru Anticu Trattoria nearby. Our room (#30) was functional, modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and seemed very new. The breakfast buffet was the very best we had among our 8 accommodations touring around Sicily. Just incredible. Imagine helping yourself to Gelato for breakfast! Beautiful outdoor pool/patio and free parking. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend.

The Modica Boutique Hotel is a great hotel. I loved the modern design and the fact that parking was free. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh juice and great tasting homemade ice cream/sorbet. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and I liked the tiled floors. The bathroom was good too – good water pressure made for a nice shower. Overall, it's a stylish and cozy place to stay.

While the Modica Boutique Hotel had its highlights, there were a few minor inconveniences. The lack of a shower door led to a wet bathroom floor, and the air conditioning system wasn't able to cool the room below 24 degrees. Parking was a bit tight, and it would have been convenient to have a shuttle service for easier access to Modica. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that spa access came with an extra cost. More nut-free options at breakfast would have been a nice touch but it was labelled otherwise for allergies, and some areas could benefit from a touch-up, like redoing the grouting. Despite these small issues, the hotel still offered a comfortable stay overall and great value.

This lovely hotel is exceptional! It totally met all our needs! They even prepared some food , a mat and a water container for our dog. The staff are extremely nice with a lovely smile for all we asked for. Shops and supermarkets in close proximity, locked up garage, very good bistrot, excellent breakfast, water dispenser in every floor, coffee machine and kettle in room .... simply Amazing! The positive things about it are endless, the Awesome staff added to our lovely stay. Grazie Mille Gentilissimi ❤️

There were a lot of options at Breakfast, The staff were very friendly, We met three different receptionist in particular and all were very nice and very helpful. The water machine in the corridor is brilliant and a great addition. They have underground parking which can be a bit tight if you have a big car which we did (7 Seater) but we didn't find any problem using the parking area. and the Transfer Guy also deserves a mention, again cheerful and got us from A to B and back with no issues. Also there are a few shops nearby. Lidl, Conad and Coop are very very very close by. Literally Conad is next door.

Too be a bit picky.... we didn't have coffee in the room, only tea and some rooms have a coffee machine which we didn't in one of our rooms. this is NOT a complaint, but just to make anyone aware. Other than that.. No Complaints whatsoever...

good, location good for people who have car. if don't have there is but opposite to go into the city.

1. No allowance in case of rain at all, particularly on arrival, absolutely no shade at all. To get into car park has to get out of car in the open to show the card, after check in before you can get the card, can get soaking wet. 2. No electric charger for car, have to go to nearby building. 3. Not possible to shower without water getting out of the cubicle, since the glass shield is too short, but dry out by the next morning. 4. Not practical basin, too small, water spills out all over the place.

Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation, good breakfast and staff were helpful to arrange transfers to the beach/módica old town etc. Having a water station on each floor was also very useful and saved wasting plastic.

The location is a little strange, not right in the old town of módica but slightly out of town. Nevertheless it was easy to walk to decent nearby restaurants and bars. The pool area is on the ground floor and next to a petrol station, along noisy road - from the photos this was not clear and we actually (wrongly) assumed in was on the rooftop. I also don’t remember reading that there was a charge for the transfer/beach services. Although these were not much it would be better to be clear about these additional costs at the booking stage.
