The place is unique! The host is very kind, welcomed us very well! The villa is just wonderful and the room very cozy with a modern bathroom and everything you need. There is secure parking. The best thing is that the train station is just opposite and from there you can catch a train to Venice. But it was very quiet in the evening and we were able to rest. The breakfast was great too.. there was variety of food and the homemade cakes and pastries were so delicious! I also recommend the homemade kiwi jam that the host sells, it's great!

The owner and the receptionist are the most kind and open-minded people that we could meet there. The room has been cleaned everyday which was amazing to lay in fresh made bed every night. Moreover, the breakfasts served in the hotel garden were so delicious and nice. These little moments in the mornings when sitting with hot coffee and homemade cake were one of our favorites. We can fully recommend this place for future customers. The location is perfect bc the train station which is located sth abt 50m from hotel offers trips to for eg. Venezia, Verona and Jesolo.

The room was exactly as stated in the description. We had everything we needed in the room, including a mini bar with water. You could also set the temperature of the radiators, which comes in handy in the colder winter months. The rooms are tastefully furnished, the modern intertwines with the old. They have their own parking lot, inside the fence. The train station is just across the street. The train goes very often to Venice Santa Lucia, but it should be taken into account that the train can also be crowded. The hosts are very friendly. Upon request, they also offered us gluten-free products, for which we were very grateful. They even offer their own products, like cake and wine.

This is a very special place brimming with history, character and good energy. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Its proximity to the station was so convenient. And despite being so close to the station it was still very quiet.

The room was a little small but the outside terrace space made up for it. I think they could leave complimentary water on arrival rather than charge triple as part of the mini bar to what you’d pay in the local supermarket.

the property is very close to the train station. the main owner is cool

no free water bottle, no shampoo, no electric kettle which is basic. the lady staff was not at all friendly and wasted our time and was arrogant during our check out. it was clearly mentioned on our ticked that the check out time is 12pm but she came to our room at 11.20am and asked that they have taken next booking earlier and we need to check out. we told her what was mentioned on our booking but she still wasted our time. she even clicked picture of our booking confirmation as she mentioned that they had communicated booking.com for early check out. also AC was not working on day 1 and when asked we were told that AC is not working and it will be repaired by next day

Very nice classy italian style Villa. Comfortable beds and good breakfast.

We booked this accommodation because it had check in until midnight, however, after booking and marking that we will arrive between 23 and 00, they messaged us that it is late check in and that it is 20 EUR extra for check in after 21:00 o’Clock even tough it was nowhere stated. We have arrived at 21:40 and they charged us this 20 EUR extra although the regular staff was still there. Next day we have asked if we could leave our car in the yard for few hours to go to Venice by train, they said yes but it is 15 EUR extra (some lousy insurance excuse). We refused as it was clear that they want to rip you off wherever they can. Generally, not very welcoming staff.

Nice villa with big beautifull garden. Grate location, near train station (not noisy) and city center (close to restaurants, shops and bus station - to Venice/Treviso). You can easily take the train or bus to Venice, a 20-30 min ride. Good breakfasts with cosy and family feeling. Our room had access to a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect for a evening time with a glass of prosecco. I would definitely come back here next time when I visit Venice or the surrounding.

We absolutely loved our stay at Relais Toti B&B. The płace is very clean, well appointed and has this something extra that makes it special - a soul. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and air-conditioned and the beds are comfortable. Ricardo and Chiara are incredibly kind and helpful and you can rely on them for any additional information and attention to every detail. The breakfast was lovely and Ricardo’s home made cakes were to die for! The villa is ideally located for commute into Venice - the tiny railway station is opposite the hotel (with no noise or crowds) and the train ride to Venice is only 20 min and 2,7 euro each way. It is also very conveniently connected with Treviso and Venice airports as well as Venice coach station. We know because we had a little family reunion there and several family members arrived and left by different routes and for different places. Mogliano Veneto is a very pleasant and safe town itself and there are good options to eat and go for a drink in the evening too. A great supermarket is also just 2 blocks away. We wish we could have stayed longer than just 2 nights and we hope to come back. Thank you, Ricardo and Chiara, it was a pleasure!

Awesome place to stay in Venice area. Solid, well built Villa converted from a family home by excellent owner/manager Ricardo. Felt very comfortable and at home here. Large gated property with lots of trees and space. Super secure and quiet! Own door to outside garden area and table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with boiled eggs are fresh from family farm located nearby! Steps from Metro station easy to get to everything. Highly Recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience what life is like in Italy.

Property is very secure with two heavy duty metal gates. However, one evening, had trouble getting in when the front door wouldn't open (tried several times with key). Luckily was able to get in using a side sliding door that wasn't locked.

Pleasant accommodation in an ideal location for a family visiting Venice. The friendly owner, as well as all the other staff, make this accommodation worth recommending. Homemade desserts at breakfast and experienced recommendations of good restaurants distinguish this type of accommodation from a classic hotel. An added bonus is secured and free parking, the availability of a baby cot and the proximity of the train station.
