This hotel was a hidden gem, rooms large, check in at 3am no problem, quiet, and super comfy.

Information on getting to Venice during day could have been better supplied... buses were not running as per info offered, and with short time available this information could have been helpful.

Had a few issue with the room initially but after some time speaking with the staff they were able to handle all of our concerns. Over all the staff was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They helped make our time in Italy better than it would have been; without their help both with the room and with information about the areas we were visiting.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned when we arrived and had a mildew/dirty smell. Initially we were going to request to move rooms but after alerting staff the bathroom was recleaned and we found the space much improved. Overall the situation was handled perfectly by the staff.

We stayed here to shorten a long trip to the airport with an overnight stay with a toddler. We absolutely loved the villa. It's quite dramatic with big gates, a beautiful garden, it's slightly outdated decor (which is part of the charm), being right across the church piazza, close to a cinema, fanatastic supermarket and a buzzing little town center with more than enough great pizza and gelato places on offer. The staff was also so brilliant and our toddler ran and crawler all over. We'll definetely stay here again, it's like a whole world close to the airport.

Unrelated to the villa, but if you're staying here to get to the airport just confirm the price with the taxi driver beforehand. We ask the villa to call a taxi, but I think the driver took advantage of ia not confirming the price ourselves. The private taxi driver (a minibus) that transported us from the villa to the airport (about 20mins) charged us 60 EUR.

everything was good . great hosts, great service. it is actually a renovated big house long time ago owned by Austrian count now runs by nice Italian family. very quiet place, correct breakfast, spacious and clean apartments, free parking , proximity (5mins on foot) to train station where from you catch the train and get to Venice in 20mins. be noted: if you are in Mogliano on Mondays do not miss a town market event which is held every Monday starting from 10am.

Lovely stylish hotel in center of Mogliano. Close to everything you may need. Super market less than 100 m, railway station approx. 250 m, which is the easiest way to reach Venice. Bus station is even closer, but we would recommend train as an option for Venice. Room was spacious enough for the family of four, clean and tidy. We didn't have breakfast as a part of the service, but as we seen, it was typical for this hotel categorization. Parking within the Hotel with enough parking places.

From the moment we walked into this place, we felt like if we were in a museum. I counted at least twenty chandeliers, scones and lamps made of Murano glass but I am sure there are more. There is a lift in the hotel but I was using stairs so I could admire the antique furniture, mirrors and of course the Murano chandeliers. For antique lovers like us this was heaven. Our room with the original parquet floor did not disappoint. It was enormous. The bathroom was all white with gold tapware. We had a view on the old church. For breakfast we were served cappuccino made by the staff. In other hotels, we had to make our own cappuccino or we got a filter coffee. The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful.

I think I am going to join other reviewers by saying that it would be great to dine in this wonderful place. However, I understand that this is not possible at the moment.

- beautiful surroundings (garden) - safe parking - very kind staff on the reception desk - beautiful interiors and furniture in the common spaces (hall, restaurant) - excellent breakfast! - fantastic location, next to a supermarket, church, restaurants...

- too little light in the room - uncomfortable pillows - one towel was dirty - no water/tea/coffee available in the room. Bottles with water were just in the minibar, 2.50 EUR each. - turned-on TVs everywhere in the breakfast room - they don't fit to the space and they disturb children

The villa itself is a great place to rest, common areas, the garden, and the cafeteria with the breakfast are all fantastic place to chill out. Children will love the external area especially during summer. They have Jacuzzi bath tube in some rooms! There is big car park.

Some services should be included in the room - like a bottle of water. Furniture are just too old, though some are original, but shouldn't be the case for the bed. Beds are not the most comfortable.

Great location - easy to come by car with parking icluded, train station nearby with direct train to Venice (cca 20min ride). A bit older interior but clean, warm and comfortable. Also, Mogliano is a nice little town with a couple of cafes, restaurants and shops, in case you want to eat there.

Fantastic location in the city center of Mogliano Veneto, 5 min walk to the train station where you have every 20 min train to Venice. Big plus for the big garden with lots of parking places. Also, we really liked our suite with 2 rooms, so 2 + 3 single beds. The style is old-fashioned, which was pretty cool. Breakfast very good as for Italian standards, hotel staff friendly, reception is always open. We had a fantastic stay in general.

Beds/matrasses were truly not comfortable, we would however consider staying there again anyway!
