Hotel is great, with nice interior. Room and bathroom are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is with lots of options, fresh and tasty. Restaurant staff is very kind and helpful.

On the reception suggest the bus and offer you a bus ticket to buy, which is ok of course, but the easiest and shortest way to get to the center is train and the station is also not far away. Only 3 stops. My suggestion is to choose train for transport. There is no bus to turn back after 7pm.

Me, my husband and our son spent only one night at the hotel, the next day we flew out of Venice airport. Superior room for two with extra bed was quite comfortable. The room had comfy mattresses and pillows, nice linens. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant with terrace (but in the evening the staff could not cope with the load). Very tasty and varied breakfast! Really tasty! :-) There is a bus stop next to the hotel, you can take the bus to the center of Mestre or to the train station. There are also many shops and shopping center near the hotel. I recommend this hotel for those who want to stay close to the airport.

There is only one downside to this hotel - to the center of Mestre and the railway station can only be reached by taxi or bus, walking is very far(

Very nice hotel located in Mestre. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is also a very wonderful terrace outside the hotel on which you can spend your time. The location is good, very close to the train station Mestre Ospedale for Venice. Also, it is very accesible for the tourist travelling by car and offers parking directly at the location, free of charge.

There was no soap in the bathroom

Bathroom could be a little cleaner and then there's the location, but that's our mistake - next time we'll stay in Venice. There's no Uber so make sure you ask for a taxi number at the front desk when you arrive and keep your phone charged, just in case you take the wrong last train back. The signage on the Santa Lucia train station could be clearer and easier to use considering the number of visitors per day.

The hotel is pleasant, courteous and available service. The room is equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect 6 min walk to the train to Venice, 30 min to great outlet. Nice restaurant (need more vegan options). Wide free car parking!

The bathroom was not very clean. If the window is open in the room, you can hear the luggage wheels of the guests leaving/entering the parking lot at night. It's so loud it wakes you up. Maybe you should make a wide rubber band that won't make noise.

Everything was perfect. The room, facilities, breakfast, location, everything was on the top. The place is highly recommended

The only thing is that we were first time in Mestre and were heading to Venezia. We asked the hotel staff about the bus stop and they told us how to get there. But they did not inform us that the tickets for bus can be bought at the reception. So we missed one turn, came back to reception, bought tickets. In general, lost around 30 minutes of time. The staff should be more attentive regarding these points. All other moments were in top.

The room was spacious. We really enjoyed the spa(although it would be better if there was a jacuzzi). The bus station is very close to the hotel so it's really easy to reach Venice during the day. There are good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staying in Mestre is a very good alternative to staying in Venice. You get better hotels for a more reasonable price.

From seven pm on, it's not as easy to return from Venice as the buses don't work. You can still catch a train to Mestre Ospedale, which is not as close to the hotel but still within walking distance.

Very good location to leave your car in a safe place and visit Venice by train. 5 mins walk to Mestre Ospedale station and 15 mins ride to heart of Venice only. At arrival we received prited timetable of the train to and back as well, so was easy to schedule our trip. Mr. Michael Russo is best in class of hospitality and kindness as well he speaks very good English (not obvious in Italy), so he could support you for sure properly. At breakfast there is glutein free offer, it is a big plus.

The extra bed was making noise at avery movement. The cleaness in the common toalets (at -1 where is the breakfast room) is to be developed.

The receptionist could not have been more helpful, she was a credit to the hotel, easy to find and ample free parking. The room had everything we could need and there was a bus stop outside for transport to Venice. It was also very convinient for the airport

Breakfast was fine but the room it was served in was totally lacking in any character, the bar was also lacking in atmosphere. I can't fault this as a hotel for a stopover (which is what we were doing) but I wouldn't choose it for a vacaction

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Free secure parking. Air-condition worked fine. The bathroom was clean and had all required facilities. Reasonably comfortable beds.

The hotel was a bit far from old Venice. Not well connected by public transportation, especially in the late evening. The room could have been cleaned better. Found strands of hair on the bed-side tables on arrival which were not ours !
