Within the old town and close to the main squares. Very spacious. Very clean.

There is a large kitchen/living area but there were no dish washing up facilities (liquid, tea towels, basin etc) . It would have been nice to have a small supply of coffee/tea/salt/oil/uht milk as a small welcome pack. Without these basics the kitchen is of little use and a guest won't go out and buy these items for a one or two night stay.

Interesting old building in good location, quiet at night. Ours was more apartment than room, though you’d not want to cook here, I think.

We were there in the heat of July and our ‘suite’ facing the courtyard was extremely hot. The living room has huge single pane windows and only thin curtains that can’t keep out the afternoon sun. No a/c and only a small fan in the bedroom. Rooms facing the mountain view would be cooler.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room is not actually a room but a big flat.The room and bathroom were very clean.The bed was comfy as well.The owner is a lovely lady that stayed till late to assist us with our check in.The room is in the center of Montalcino. I would highly recommend this!!

I don't have anything bad to say about our stay.We are really happy and we will definitely visit again.

The reception was a very friendly accomodation, clean and good value for money👏🙃There is an Osteria attached to the property with amazing food 👏. The local family wine was the best we tried in the area 👍We loved it and we will be definitely back on our next visit. Grazie signora Padelletti❤️😉👏

Very spacious apartment, simply furnished but comfortable for one night. Amazingly useful parking in the heart of the historic area. Easy-going, good value, especially given the vast amount of space and great location.

The bed linen was rather worn and there was only one glass.

Outstanding location and mostly the view from the room. You can see the essence of Tuscany, its hills, traditional vegetation and amazing landscapes. There's a very convenient parking (free of charge) and the apts are very spacious.

You will have your own parking in the center of this hospitable city! This is, of course, a good inn, which has seen guests in years past, long before many of you were born. But this does not prevent us from recognizing this place as worthy of living in this great city of Italy. You will have your own parking, the kitchen will allow you to cook whatever you want, nearby, any restaurants in this city are within manual accessibility. And of course I recommend this place to you. This is the center, this is the parking lot, this is your independence in your journey. And the view from the window is just awesome!

A great location, spacious apartment, bedroom, kitchen/dining room, bathroom. Typical Toscan style. Great views on the Tuscan country side. Lot of tourists, but a few minutes from the main streets, normal restaurants and bars can be found.

It looks like it's a town for enoteca's and tourists. The residenza is great, but it seemed a bit understaffed and one day we din't have hot water.

Excellent location and perfect size of the apartments even for a longer stay.

It’s a pity it doesn’t serve breakfast (they also have a restaurant so it’d seem natural to me). The wi-fi quality is very poor, they should really do something about it!

In the centre of Montalcino, close to the pedestrian area. We had a large apartment, with a spacious bedroom, a nice bathroom and a large living room with kitchen and a sofa bed (which we did not use). The rooms were spic span clean, the windows open on two quiet streets and let in a nice breeze (much welcome in a hot summer night). Breakfast is not included, but the main street with its cafés is close by. The restaurant downstairs is definitely worth a try. They have typical Tuscan food, prepared with fresh ingredients (ask for the specials that are not on the menu). They also have a very nice Brunello, produced by the owners. I can only recommend it.
