Beautiful spacious room in a historic building. Helpful and friendly proprietors. Lovely view out the windows. Clean and all comforts provided, including kettle and coffees/teas, cold water in fridge, slippers. Breakfast is via a voucher at a nice nearby cafe where you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the main street. A couple small tips-try the free tour of the Cantina Ercolani across the street, very fun and informative. There is a bus station right outside the city walls where you can catch a bus to Chiusi train station where we continued on to our next city.

Fantastic location and ultra clean. The breakfast was offsite, but had a great view. The building itself is pretty unique, with an incredible (albeit a little distracting!) historic ceiling. The host was friendly and provided some great tips for restaurants and seeing the town.

We travel A LOT and like a firm bed, but this one is next level hard. We we told in advance that there was no parking available and directed to a public car park, which we paid for in advance. On check in we told there was free parking!

This is an amazing property with clean, elegant rooms and very comfortable beds. It is situated in a great location in Montepulciano and our hosts were excellent. Breakfast was provided at a nearby restaurant with lots of options.

Our room was on the street side right next to the church, whose bells rang every hour into the evening. We needed to adjust the air conditioning to mask most of the sound.

A fantastic location in the heart of the city. Our view from the bedroom window was of the lovely central old church. The room was spacious and well equipped. It has a sense of grandeur and was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you might need as well as water in the fridge. We would recommend this to anyone passing through Montepulciano.

Breakfast was across the road at a cute cafe. It was very basic (juice, cappuccino, and one pastry) - could be slightly more substantial

Thé breakfast was at a nearby cafe, which I sat outside of after an early morning walk about the deserted town. Wonderful coffee, corneto, yogurt and juice. Excellent!

Nothing could have been better, except perhaps having electrical outlets near the bed. I knew the building was old (a former notary’s office) and it was exceptionally beautiful, complete with a fresco on ceiling above the bed! I moved the bed slightly and rearranged use of extension cord to be able to plug in my phone to charge it while using it. Maybe if the room had an extra extension cord, I would not have had to rearrange everything, which would be simpler for them after guests depart.

The apartment is very beautiful with high ceilings. The room was cleaned everyday and services such as water bottles were provided. Location is in main city center. Owner is very kind and helpful lady. She came outside city walls to help with parking.

Mattress were bit hard.

We have been to Montepulciano a few times, but this time revisited with a group of 6. The accommodation is a series of hotel rooms all on one floor, so was ideal for us with 3 rooms close together. We had Room 5, which is an enormous room with even a sofa in there, so we could all gather and look out at the views over a drink before we ventured out. Cinzia is a wonderful host, and is clearly very good at what she does. Beautiful toiletries, comfy bed, and all right in the centre of this gorgeous medieval town.

If you’re a light sleeper, this might not be for you, as you are in the centre of town, and the day starts around 7.30am with rubbish collection etc.

Our hostess Cinzia was helpful and responsive. The room was comfortable, gigantic and clean. It was literally steps away from the Il Sasso language school we attended for 2 weeks. Located right in the heart of the historic city center of Montepulciano.

I can’t think of anything. It was wonderful.

Interesting building with extraordinary decor. Spacious room with kettle and fridge. Parking good if you are good enough to find it! Breakfast voucher system works well with cafe close by.

No lift and steep slopes from car park..... to be expected in a 500 year old building in a hill town. Not a criticism of the accommodation just a reality check for the less mobile visitors.

Location was great - walkable to everything in town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable.

Breakfast is a joke (sad grocery store pastry and coffee at a 2.1 star rated place nearby). Owner/manager was oddly standoffish which led to some confusing situations. No information was provided about parking, which actually did require specific directions (and is two lots down the hill, not the lot just below).
