Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The unit and beauty of the property exceeded our expectations. We would have stayed two weeks if we could. Some highlights: - Very comfy King sized bed - Great pillows and bedding, towels and pool towels - friendly cats on the property - property is very serene and has an amazing view - AC in bedroom and bathroom - Giant Jacuzzi bathtub with pillows, jets, lights and music - Newly renovated unit with beautiful modern furniture, fixtures and lighting - Free bottle of their wine - Water cooler w/ carafes for fridge - Wine glasses & mugs - Great fridge, and Nespresso machine in the unit We also did the winery tour and really enjoyed it. - staff was fantastic - close to Multipulchiano which is an awesome little medieval town with great shops and restaurants

- The typical Italian (meats/cheese/baked goods) breakfast was good but difficult to get enough protein to keep us full (would have loved Greek yogurt, or a hot breakfast/eggs but understand the additional complexity of this). -Difficult to get to town we had to take a local cab which costed 40€ for return. Hosts provided cab numbers and the cab drivers were fantastic so it was very easy to get around, just a bit expensive. -There could have been a bit more pool seating, there was only one good spot to tan and one umbrella, the other spot was under a tree where there were some grasshoppers and stuff around there. -bring bug spray for the evening!

Loved the balcony, spacious bedroom and bath. Lovely pool, breakfast. The staff were very helpful. One member of my party was under the weather, and they provided some lunch food for her. So peaceful.

The road in was gravel and not in great shape. Lots of potholes. Not for the faint of heart, especially with manual transmission.

This place was the perfect resting stop before continuing our journey, we actually regretted not adding one more day here! The views and the pool were so relaxing and the hosts were really friendly. The city centre is about 15 minutes away. The hosts recommended a restaurant, L'Altro Cantuccio Ristorante, which is hands down the best culinary experience we have ever had. Definitely a must visit when there!

The air-con and breakfast choice need improvement.

The breakfast was lovely and the lady providing it so accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The area is idyllic and you could happily wile away the afternoon having a bottle of wine. Amazing view from the bathroom!

We expected that there might be an offer of a wine tasting or a little complimentary glass on arrival but there were just bottles for sale in the room. There is no information about the vineyard unless you bump in to the owner for a chat. Unfortunately, there is nowhere nearby to eat for dinner without having to drive.

Wonderful host! We did a wine tour and tasting and we're so impressed by the owners who followed their dream to have a wine yard. Very interesting to hear about their story and the wine yard. The wine was delicious! The view is absolutely breathtaking!!! Great breakfast. I will definitely come back!

The location is beautiful, but there are no restaurants near by. It's best to take the car. We did walk to one of the restaurants which took about 40 min. Not optimal, but is was ok.

We were only able to stay one night and wished we could have stayed longer. We thought everything was fantastic! The views are just stunning, and they are all around the property. We enjoyed the refreshing pool and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We had an very inspiring and enjoyable wine tour and loved sampling the delicious organic wine, if only we could carry more with us. The hosts were very friendly and kind and we had some great chats with them.

Pastoralic, beautiful location with gorgeous view. Surrounded by vineyards from the room. The host was lovely and kind, gave an interesting wine tasting experience, which is produced inhouse. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. Room was cozy and clean, amazing hot tub with a view as well. A 10 minute drive to the cute village with great restaurants.

The road that leads to the house is mostly gravel. Mattress was a bit soft.

Very welcoming stay, location is beautiful and Celeste went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The wine tasting was incredible, Celeste gave us a really good tour and was very welcoming to our many questions. The rooms are spacious and clean. Relaxing at the pool is incredible, also because the view is unbelievable. Would absolutely recommend staying at Manvi and doing the wine tasting + tour. Thanks again to Celeste who really made our stay great.

The location was splendid! It was rustic and quiet, surrounded by the vineyards, with a nice pool and a great view of the city of Montepulciano. The room was nice, spacious and clean. We also had some bottles of wine in the room, which were very handy. The breakfast was very good, with some local dishes and some freshly made cookies. The host was very friendly and welcoming, she gave us some nice tips and ideas for the surroundings. We also had a wine tour, which we enjoyed.

The compromise for a beautiful and quiet location it's the need of a car and the distance from the city and restaurants, but worth it!

The breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from, the host was amazing friendly and very accomadating, would definitely recommend staying there, the location and room was unforgettable, thank you very much for our lovely experience...
