The property was lovely. 10 minutes to centre by car. Breakfast was nice but basic. Room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely with our baby too.

The pool was closed despite the temperatures being 28/29degrees. The description on booking.com only states this in Italian not English. Very off putting as this was the only reason we chose this hotel. There’s an extra charge for air conditioning in the rooms, we asked for air con but we’re told that the owners wouldn’t allow it until July!! It was too hot in the room especially with a baby. There was no water or refreshments in the room, no kettle to make coffee or tea. These massively let the property down for us.

The hotel was located a few minutes driving from the walled town of Montepulciano. The property is very well maintained and the surroundings are breathtaking. The room was big and comfortable for all 4 of us. Breakfast is good and the ability to take it in the terrace overlooking the stunning view is a big plus. The pool seemed pretty cool although we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. We would certainly recommend this hotel and come back in the future.

The hotel is totally automated and it wasn't fully explained to us that the AC would turn off if we opened the windows or even touched the control panel. As a result, we spent a very hot and noisy night since at around midnight there were some random fire works coming out from one of the bedrooms close to ours.

Everything the hotel was in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. The room had a large balcony and the place is close to the town of Montepulciano. It was very quiet and the room was nice. The bathroom and shower were super clean and very comfortable. The outdoor free parking is great to have with back entry access. The sweet breakfast that is included every morning was very good and filling. If you prefer the salty breakfast with cold cuts there is an extra fee of 10 euros.

The television size is a tad bit too small and a restaurant available on site would be convenient for the evenings.

1. The choice of accommodation was excellent. The view from the accommodation was the most beautiful in the world. 2. The size of the room is really big. It is more than twice the size of an average hotel. 3. The hotel staff are friendly and treat everything wholeheartedly. 4. The location of the hotel is a bit secluded, but this is not a problem at all. Rather, because it was high up, I was able to see a truly beautiful view of the Val d'Orcia Plain.

I was not expecting at all to stay in such a beautiful place for this price. The hotel itself and the Montepulciano town near was definitely the top 1 place I liked in Italy. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming, spoke English very well, and the restaurant he recommended was the perfect Italian ristorante we were looking for. Breakfast was fine, the view was just mindblowing. Everything was perfect.

Inside the room and the hotel looks a bit old, but it's clean and cozy enough to stay comfortably.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The location is very peaceful albeit out of Montepulciano so one has to drive for evening meals. The rooms have been refurbished and have the very useful addition of a fridge for personal drinks and snacks. The pool area is very pleasant with really nice gardens. Breakfasts, which are of the sweet Italian variety, are more varid than last time which is a great improvement. The hotel is dog friendly (with a small charge) and there is ample free parking.

Its a shame the hotel bar is not open during an evening as this would be a nice place to spend some time.

The place is amaising, the location it self is perfect. You need to come with the car and you will have great time The staf is allso realy helpful, I am sory did not remember the name but the guy from Kragujevac that working there is the best. He give us some of the best advice for visiting area and some realy great advice, thank you :) Pool is in beautiful location in between the olive trees , so relaksing after all day walking around. Room is spacious and comfortable.

The air condition you need to pay extra, not much but it is not sed before on the web site. Beter to put it directly in the price as it is advertised on web. Breakfast is disapointing, we are not picky eaters but at all our travels this is the least favorite breakfast ,sory

Very picturesque. Incredible views in every direction. Staff was very kind and helpful. Shout out to Alfredo! Pool was delightful. Pool guy was very friendly. Picked fresh figs from the property and offered them to us. Refreshments were available poolside. Balcony was nice to sit out on, with a great view as well.

Pool towels would be nice. Breakfast was good, but could use the addition of yogurt/muesli and some fresh fruit. Location is a little remote without a car, so some transportation info or collaborations (bus, taxi) would be nice.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel close to Montepulciano. The staff exuded genuine warmth, always ready to assist and make our stay comfortable. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and designed to enhance relaxation. But what truly took our breath away was the astonishing view of the Tuscan landscape that greeted us every day. Nestled perfectly to offer a panorama of Tuscany's beauty, this hotel is a gem for those wanting to immerse themselves in the region's splendor. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

We like the room, extra clean (they are cleaning the room everyday, changing towels etc.), the staff was very nice and friendly, lots of parking spaces, wonderful outside terrace, italian breakfast, our Beagle was happy (pet friendly hotel), beautiful area (we recommend Pienza, Val d'Orcia, all off Tuscany, the local Montepulciano wine). We loved it so much that we extend the stay. Just loved it!!!

A little "minus" is that there is no restaurant at the hotel. There are plenty restaurants in the area (please don't drink and drive!). If you want to grab something from a supermarket, you can go to Montepulciano (Conad) or to Chianciano (Coop) by car.
