Summary: I LIKED IT ALL! :) It was a right choice for our 3-days visit to Naples with plan to visit also Pompei. Would I stay there next time I go to Naples? YES ! Despite my fear of night check-in and unfamiliar city, it was easy to find this facility - main door was right on the Garibaldi square, on the corner of the building. Service, including late night check-in, was exceptionally welcoming and easy! Room clean. Bed soft and comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean. (my wife says she selects hotels by the bathroom high quality standards, that means this one passed these :) ). As we selected biggest room in this facility, then it was a best choice: spacious and window and balcony facing Garibaldi square (not the busy side road). Therefore, when booking, account that in this facility has 2 rooms which face side road which has a lot of traffic. (your experience may be not as mine). In the morning and evening lot of restaurants, bars, small shops right on the Garibaldi square in front of facility. We had best pizza there! Easy navigation: Subway station right below the Garibaldi square and central train station right next to it. We didn't know, so we went to subway and confused local people by asking which train goes to Pompeii. As they respond only in Italian there, it took time for us to understand that we need to go to the Train Central Station instead. :D Despite I read before bookings reviews and there were scary comments about surroundings being unsafe, then it did not look that terrible at all. Lot of people yes, but lot of people eating out at late night. Waiter in restaurant reminded to keep belongings safe. So for me kind of normal big city center near rail station: be careful, keep your pockets and belongings safe! Bus to the airport stops in front of Train Central Station - ticket 5€, from the driver or from the QR code and easy online purchase. Busses go pretty often and it takes only 15 minutes to the airport. Really convenient

As overall experience is 10/10, it is shame to complain. But I will complain a bit with aim to give possibility for hosts to make service even better! - Aircon was making loud noise, like a hurricane in Caribbean. Was hard to get to sleep. - No free water. Come on! :) Though 2 bottles were in freezer which did cost money (1,50€ for bottle) and I am OK to pay for electricity to get good cool water! - Despite there was a price list with list of drinks, including wine, only water was available. Where was my wine? I would have taken and paid for bottle or two! :) - Someone did come to our room in early morning while we were sleeping to take cash left on the table for the city tax. That didn't feel right. You must respect clients privacy! Your luck I was in good mood. ;)

Location was excellent. Easy to walk to places and get trams, buses and trains. Room was perfect. Easy access. Few steps up and then a lift which needed 10c not an issues. Room located on first floor. Building was amazing full of different b&bs. It has air conditioning so was able to close windows but night time noise was not an issue the area was quiet after 11. And only started to open up around 7. Lovely cafe and juice bars nearby for breakfast. After reading some reviews I was worried and was going to cancel but so glad I didn't the price of the room was such a bargain for the middle of a big city.

It would have been nice to have some bottles of water in fridge. I found plugs not great but this seems to be all around Italy. We found an adaptor on the hairdryer which was great.

Location is great for travellers - less than 10 minutes from the main train station, itself a 20min bus ride from the airport. Puts you in a good place to explore the old town quite easily, or even take trains to Pompeii, Salerno etc. for day trips. Plenty of eating and drinking options within 10min walk.

Unfortunately, also the location - the apartment building faces a piazza with a lot of restaurant touts and noise at night, not to mention a busy street with a lot of honking, and trams/buses that audibly and physically rattle the building as it passes. You can feel it when you are sitting on the toilet, also when you are sat up in bed. (Not affecting the score to be fair to the owner), the surrounding area like all of Centro Storico is absolutely run down and filthy. Rubbish and poo are all over the sidewalk and the road, with plenty of smells of stale urine that you have to walk past to go anywhere. Water from air conditioning and clothes will drip on you as you pass under, and you will step into dirty puddles of water.

Agora' dei Mille was perfectly located just outside he train station. It was easy to get around the city. There were shops and restaurants within steps of our door. The rooms were very clean with maid service daily tp make the beds and pick up the bathroom. Conveniently located on the first floor which made walking up & down easier since the elevator required .10 ( which we never had ).

I would have preferred clean towels daily to having the used ones just picked up. The soap was very tiny and not big enough for 2 people. The pay elevator made getting suitcases hard to handle.

Located near the train station, it is easy to get around. Many restaurants/bars/cafes around the vicinity. Didn't actually meet any staff, but keep in contact via WhatsApp. Very prompt in replying.

The bathroom door seal is broken, so water leaks after during shower. Tap is too high for sink, water splashes when tap is on. Bed frame looks old and falling a part.

Very easy check-in, big enough room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Easy communication with owner, answered very fast. Liked all. Most pleople probably will not like the location, but that are people who have never to station regions in Italy. Its very communicative with the train, metro, airport shuttle. Its right on the piazza so I have never felt in danger, and we were 2 womeb with 10years old girl.

Location was great close to Naples main Train Station. Good for 1 or 2 night stay. Room was a good size with a Balcony and clean. All communication with owner was by whatsapp, no issue with access and clear instructions were given. We were also able to store our luggage for a few hours after check out .

Bathroom was not very clean, smear marks on mirror and basin. Leak at foot of the shower.

The location was excellent. Room a good size with very comfortable bed. Very helpfully assisted by Antonella.

Fascilities in room not what was advertised. Kettle did not work, safe out of order, no coffee maker, cups or glasses. We were given papercups when we asked.

It was great as a stop in between travelling (amalfi to airport). The alibus stop is nearby. The facilities in the room are great. Nice shower and pretty room.

The neighbourhood is not the nicest one and I would not suggest it as a place to center your whole Naples city trip around.

Location was good, the room was clean and new. Very comfortable stay.

The shower drain was a bit blocked when we stayed which resulted in the bathroom being slightly flooded after the shower. The staff was very helpful and gave us new towels and checked the shower immediately after we told them.
