The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The family room offered us plenty of space—wonderful for managing jet lagged kids and having separate beds for everyone. The breakfast was amazing—lots of variety of pastries and savory options, helpful staff, delicious food. The location was very close to the train station which made it easy for us to base out of, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The location is a little grungy and rough around the edges. We never felt unsafe but we’re very aware of the scrappiness of the neighborhood as we came and went. But we never had any issues and I think it will be fine for anyone used to a city, but there are certainly other parts of the city that are quieter and a little more inviting. But for getting the train out of town, it’s incredibly convenient and comfortable for families.

The room was very spacious, clean and the decor was suitable. The staff were always cheerful, friendly and helpful plus the concierge is 24/7. The hotel exceeded my expectations eventhough the location isn't the best (due to the people, homeless intoxicated and thieves).

Although the location is central and next to the main station the location is dodgy and can be dangerous however there is a Police presence I didn't feel safe. A lot of people loiter at the station and watch you carefully preparing to steal your belongings. We ensured we got back to the hotel before dark. It's a shame because the hotel is great.

Very nice staff, including the waitress that helped with serving breakfast. The room was clean and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable - the best pillows eveeer! Breakfast has everything you could need for the morning, it was excellent Great location - easy to get everywhere

What I would have expected was more attention to detail - especially because it is a 4 star hotel. The wall and the furniture had been damages by previous (and I would say, uncivilized) tourists but I thought they would have been fixed.

The rooms were clinically clean. The staff were always approachable and friendly. The hotel is extremely convenient to the train station which was important for me. I have my complaints, but they’re for management not the staff.

Not sure why it gets 4 stars, because the lift is slow and the stairway, while wide and bright still seems jaded. The breakfast seemed a little understaffed and the selection was fairly narrow.

Clean, well air-conditioned and nice looking hotel as well as the rooms. I really liked the grand entrance and lobby. Luggage storage is possible and easy. The breakfast was good and the best part was that they make you a cappucino with an actual espressomachine, so it was very tasty. The location is perfect, Garibaldi station is right around the corner as well as metro stop and Porta Nolana station. Two small food markets are also close. Also a close by lively street is full of different shops and cafees

Everything was great but the showet drain flooded a little! It didn't bother that much though.

Nice and modern room and bathroom, both spacious. Breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options. Good restaurant downstairs with fair prices and discount for hotel guests. Close to the train and bus station.

On our first day we came to breakfast 30 minutes before it was over and there wasn't much left anymore. Difficult to communicate with breakfast staff. One day the scrambled eggs smelled a little weird so we skipped it.

Hotel was excellent, area is a bit dodgy, but then it is good value for money.

The surrounding area is dodgy, got pickpocketed, but probably easy to avoid if you have your wits about you. Plus side - there are resturants and the train station a stones throw from the hotel

Location near train station and airport bus Decent restaurants nearby Food court at train station is good On site restaurant and bar

Location near train station- a bit 'rough' but as long as you are sensible it's fine Naples as a whole is very rough and ready with a major litter problem but a great city to fly into and stay in transit before seeing the amalfi

It is in a good location, but this is a difficult part of town and this street is safe. Some areas nearby are less safe and this hotel is on the right side of Pz. Garibaldi to avoid them. It's a short walk from the station. Breakfast was good, the public areas of the hotel are pleasant and spacious. The staff were very good.

The room is small but the price reflected this.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff were very welcoming and restaurant staff were exceptional. The location is great, round the corner from the stations where u can get trains to explore Naples and the rest of Italy if you want to. I would definitely book here again. Room was spacious, airy and very clean and we got our request for a disabled room for my 81 year old mum. Rooms were very comfortable.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like to be honest.
