Our room was upgraded thanks to Booking.com and it was very good for us. The room was comfortably sized, the beds were comfortable and we got all the toiletries that one could ask for. Despite being on a major street, thanks to the double glass windows and the excellent noise insulation we didn't suffer from the street noise. The room was air conditioned, but because of the time of year we didn't use it We purchased breakfast for our entire stay and it was a good move. The breakfast was bar type, excellent and plenty. One couldn't get up hungry from the table... As for the hotel's location, it couldn't have been better; about five minutes of walking from the central station of Naples. From there you can reach any place (including all the major tourist attractions) using an excellent web of public transport, including two train lines and metro lines.

Well, the Central station area is very lacking in cleanliness. Despite the daily cleaning by the city, it is rather dirty in the evening with a lot of garbage piling up on every corner.

This was our first time in Naples. When we got off the Alibus (the link from the Airport to Pjazza Garibaldi) we got into a large and modern square, with the Hotel at the end of it. From the outside, the Hotel looks very nice. When you get into the reception you are met with a warm welcome and staff at the reception are very nice and helpful, especially Pascuale who even remembered our room number for check-out. The room is amazing. Though we booked a basic one, the room was one of the best we ever stayed in. The bathroom is huge. The bed is comfortable and near the bed you have a remote to control everything inside the room like the A/c and lights and Do Not Disturb light. The TV has over 60 functioning channels. The view from our room (505) was breath taking. Though we did not have a balcony, we had 2 big windows overlooking the square and Mount Vesuvius. The lifts are very fast and efficient. Breakfast takes you to another whole level as everything is fresh and abundant. Try the pancakes and the small cherry filled crosaints as they are delightful. There is also a terrace on the roof (6th floor) where you can enjoy your breakfast with a real view. We had a small issue with the A/C which was resolved immediately as the management brought in technicians and they even ask when it is convenient for you so they do not disturb. The rooms are very clean and smell fresh all the time. The complimentary items in the bathroom are of a very good standard and there is another whole list of items which can be requested at reception for free. Well done guys. All of you at the Reception, Housekeeping and Breakfast room. You really made our stay in the city great.

Loved our room...it was a "step up" decision to get the larger room and well worth it. Large, juliette balconies, quiet in one of the noisiest parts of town. BIG bathroom. Loved the rooftop for breakfast or a cocktail. Housekeeping was terrific. They sent us little treats to our room, including pastries and prosecco.

Location was awful for us...noisy and dirty as you stepped out of the door. If traveling by train it was great but for us, it was not really near most things we were interested in seeing. Restaurant staff was very inconsistent. Guys in suits could be dismissive or the opposite...wait staff was either really good or not good at all...very odd. But the food was pretty good and the cocktails were as well. My husband almost fell in the bathtub twice as the shower was in the tub. They need a gripping mat in there for safety.

The breakfast selection was very good, there was no stress about time spent in the restaurant, quick efficient service by friendly staff. I was warmly greeted on arrival with the facilities clearly explained, on departure the process was just as efficient with the hotel calling the local taxi company for my transport to the airport.

There was nothing I didn't like, it was a little unfortunate that at the time of my stay the roof eating area was closed but I had been informed of this at the time of booking so I was prepared for the minor inconvenience.

Excellent location. We could walk to all sites, and Naples is a city to walk in. Great choice for breakfast, reception staff excellent, helpful and go the extra mile. Dining room accomodated our last minute request for Christmas eve dinner, even though they were full.

For our ageing bodies, the mattress was too soft. Although the location of the hotel is excellent, it is on a busy piazza, and throughout the day into the evening, Neopolitans drive continuously honking their horns, which is very disturbing if you are trying to read a book, take a nap or sleep early.

Hotel is 4* so I was very satisfied for the price I paid.! Breakfast had everything and the roof terrace is very nice. Cocktails and drinks are not expensive from the bar and besides they also give you nuts and crisps with the drinks :) Twin room and bathroom were spacious although the shower cubicle was a bit small. Beds were very comfortable. Near the hotel there are lots of restaurants, train station and a shopping mall. Be careful when crossing the roads as they drive like crazy hehe.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff in particular; they always treated us with nibbles during the morning coffee and nightly drinks on the rooftop. We received vouchers for free drinks for my birthday and staff also congratulated me in person, which was very kind. We also requested a late check out at the last minute and the hotel was happy to grant it to us so since we were delayed. Overall, great attention to guests and superb hospitality.

The hotel is located in a central area near the central train station, which is also a dodgy area of the city. However, there are many hotels around and it's close to the many tourist attractions.

Lovely hotel. Very conveniently located to the main railway station on Piazza Garibaldi and within easy walking distance of the Old Town. A peaceful escape from the busy noisy Neapolitan Streets. Clean classy room, very comfortable bed, and effective sound proofing. Lovely restaurant, the breakfast is amazing, a very unique rooftop bar, offering great views, where breakfast can be taken also, and extremely helpful friendly staff throughout.

They were very kind when we checked in and knew who we were as we did not check in until after 11pm. The room was a bit small, but that seems typical in this price range in Europe, and the bed was comfortable. The location was great and it was a cruise to walk to the Christmas Market and even down to the Piazza Plebescito. We were kindly given a late check out (1pm) which gave us even more time to walk around. Very walkable, super close to the main train station, 24 hour pharmacy across the street, surrounded by many shops and cafes, and very kind staff. Mahalo!!
