Perfect little room for a night's stay. Clean. Good shower. Great communication with host.

Tiny feedback – The electronic entry system where we had to sign up via an app just to enter the property was frustrating. Maybe if you have an Italian phone it's great and smart. But if you're travelling from abroad, I used ££££ of data to get the app, then had to call the host when I couldn't use the app because of bad data connection. The hosts were amazing and kind and patient, but it feels a bit thoughtless to have this entry system that requires visitors to use internet which is SO expensive when you're abroad.

Nice location, 15 minute walk from the train station. Lots of groceries and food options around. Room itself is nice and quiet. The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating, let me check in mich earlier than required 💕

The property itself is great, but I found the whole self check-in process with the web app too fussy, I could imagine this might be more problematic for non tech savvy people or if you don’t have a reliable internet connection on the go.

Amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable hosts! I got all the information sent to me regarding the remote check-in, and the process was very smooth. I got a whole list of suggestions of attractions to visit in Naples and a list of pizzerias and restaurants which was really helpful! Luisa checked in with me via Whatsapp to make sure that we have everything we need and was there to help. The B&B is located closer to the central station, so it's convenient if you arriving by train or via airport transfer.

As the B&B is very small, if you get loud neighbors, the noise travels quite well through the rooms. The bed is quite firm as is the pillow. As some other reviewers said, we also unplugged the small refrigerator which got a bit noisy.

Everything was great! Nice and clean room, very helpful and communicative owner, good localization and very safe electronic access system - it was important especially for me as solo traveler! Milion thanks for nice stay :)

The balcony was unavailable due to facade renovation

We had a great time in Aroma B&B. Our host Andrea was fantastic - super friendly and supportive with all kind of useful information. The B&B itself is located in a typical apartment black on a busy market street that adds a lot of character to the place. At the same time the room is quiet, cosy and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is served in a local cafe. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The location next to the main train station makes it easy travel from airport (by Alibus shuttle) and also travel to Pompeii and Sorrento.

We were a bit unsure about the area next to the train station as it might be unsafe (particularly at night). There was nothing to worry about. Everything was perfectly fine! The location of the B&B is very handy for exploring Naples and its surroundings.

We liked the cozyness of the room, fast internet and very quick communication with the host. We got all the answers about the place very operatively. The check-in was very modern and comfortable with the app.

We were confused with the breakfast place in our first day, we would have liked more detailed instructions about that. The street leading to the B&B at night was very scary and dirty, maybe it would be better to let the quests know about the fact that during the day there is market on the street and during the night there is also some activity on the street to clean up the meas.

Hosts were friendly and helpful.The building was in the middle of local community and we experienced daily life of the Neapolitans.

Although It is a well-designed and detailed room, some parts of the facility were not satisfying; the fridge worked noisily and the toilet door was ineffective.

The host is very helpful. The location is perfect to experience real Naples... and it's close to central station. The room is made with taste and is comfortable for couple of nights. There is coffeemaker, water cooker in the room and a mini fridge. Access is very easy and fully digital to all areas.

Andrea is an amazing host, I didn't have the chance to meet him, however we talk a lot and he helped me with everything. The room was very comfortable, I even received a souvenir from them, nice detail. The breakfast was in front of a coffee bar and it was good.

It's not that i didn't like, but my first impression of the neighborhood was very different from the rest of Italy, it's a bit lonely at night, but I never saw or experienced anything dangerous.

Super good and fast communication with the host. The location was just between airport and city centre. Arrived at nighttime and had some troubles checking into room with the APP, but the host was replying very fast on WhatsApp. The room was nice and big enough for couple of nights. Free breakfast was offered but it was only croissant+coffee, so not much of a breakfast for Northern European.
