the place itself is great, located in a beautiful building with a very nice doorman. breakfast - coffee and croissant in the caffe downstairs. close to the train station, close to centro storico, round 20 minutes from the airport by bus. the room was big enough, with air-condition, fridge, safe deposit and balcony. bathroom big and very ok, only the doors were working pretty hard. comfortable bed, enough space to unpack your things, everyday cleaning. they also let us check-in to the room earlier because of our early flight.

something has beaten us while sleeping, every morning we were waking up scratching ourselves :(

We had everything we needed for our short stay - the room was clean and equipped with one big comfortable bed and one foldable bed that was also decently comfortable, well working AC, lovely little balcony, the bathroom was clean and come with soap, shampoo etc., towels were exchanged every day. The location is right next to the city center and you can walk to a lot of places, including the main station.

Our stay didn't start exactly great as we got stuck in the tiny elevator while taking it up to get to the floor we were supposed to stay at. The lady who did check in for us wasn't very helpful and it was overall a stressful situation, which was luckily quickly resolved. The property is also not the best at communating as they never answered my question whether it'd be possible to leave our baggage somewhere for a few hours after check out. Finally, we got breakfast which you can get at one of the bars on the street located right next to the property of the B&B - location was super convenient but the only things available for breakfast were croissants and different kinds of coffee/water, not even a juice. Also the area where the B&B is located is a bit sketchy.

Big, clean, spacious, stylish room, nice conditions overall. Fresh renovation, good bathroom. Close to the centre, friendly staff. Well equipped room, a teapot and tea, fridge were enjoyable features for us :)

Don't expect the silence. Loud street and stupid youth people gathering in the square in front of your windows to have scooter races and shout out loud disappointed us. They just go in circles on scooters in this small square making lots of noise and smell, that's their kind of fun :( Living in a big city by ourselves it didn't make a big problem. But some people may value silence over location and great conditions. It was a bit tricky to check in, need to keep in touch with the manager and know exact time of your arrival.

This had just about everything you could need: safe and secure access. Super clean, kettle, tea, coffee, cups, fridge, safe, wardrobe, bedside lights, dressing table, fast WiFi, comfy clean bed, hot water, well equipped bathroom with free toiletries, loads of clean towels, bin, great shower. The best room value for money I think I've ever stayed in overseas.

Very little to gripe about. Only could have done with two extra pillows. The memory foam ones are very thin.

As a help to other customers, the lift is very old and small and not good for wheelchair users.

It was really nice and clean. The hosts were friendly.

The building and the elevator were really old and the water was spilling out of the bath cabin. But, overall, we liked it and recommend it.

the place is a little old but the room was so modern and quiet, we thought that the location was going to be a little noisy but the room has heavy windows so it was so quiet. the room was always clean, we had a little fridge so we can store some food there. the location was perfect, we had the central station near to the hotel so we could take transport without incovinients.

Comfortable beds, super clean place. The building probably dates back to the late 19th century and is really elegant. You can reach the station in 5 minutes. The street is dotted with shops, bars and restaurants, though most of them are not open on Sunday

great spot to use as a base on a budget. clean, convenient and situated on the other side if a fabulous grand old door in a charming old building right down to the old lift!

probably unavoidable given it’s location on a busy road but the windows provided very little insulation against the sounds from the street. it’s part of staying in Italy at times but very noisy.
