Comfortable place and good value! It was especially nice to have well-working AC with how warm it was during our stay. It was also nice that our host checked in during our stay to replace towels and linens and replenish the breakfast items. If you are expecting a more filling breakfast, it was fairly limited with simply some prepackaged toasts, jams, and pastries, but still decent considering how affordable the place is.

The bathroom sink was leaking water which was a bit of a nuisance but I imagine it will be fixed for future guests. For those who have difficulty with stairs, it should also be noted that the building's elevator requires you to pay 0.10 EUR in coins for each trip. Not a problem if you don't mind taking the stairs (that's what we did) but I could see it being annoying if you aren't able to take the stairs. Lastly, the location (near the central train station) may not be for everyone, as it is not a super nice area to walk around, especially at night, but is only about a twenty minute walk from the old town and a ten minute walk from a Metro station which can easily take you to parts of town which are nicer to stroll through.

Hospitality of the owner. Cleanliness. The design of the space (apartment seems much more better in reality than on photos).

The coffee machine was a bit broken and there was no cover on the toilet seat. But it was in general excellent and value for money

Small kitchen offers an espresso machine and great varieties of breakfast cereals, snacks, butter and jam.

Everything! The decor facilities and the host nicola were all exceptional!

The room was fine. It was coffee and soap. Everything seemed clean and there was fresh towels and clean linen. Everything what to expect from a hotel or BnB.

The area looked a little scary at first. The host did not speak a word english wich made communicating difficult. The breakfast was pre-toastes bread and dry croissant.

Nothing!

After having messaged the property in advance to fore warn them, we arrived late due to airline disruptions. The B&B had no signage, and we only managed to enter the main building because a resident let us in. When we finally located the apartment, we could not gain entry as we had not been told the PIN code for the key safe. Nowhere in our correspondence was it mentioned that we needed a PIN code to gain entry. We tried calling the owners nine times in the space of two and a half hours, whilst repeatedly trying different PIN codes for the key safe. At 3am we finally left to wander the unfamiliar streets until we could get a train to Sorrento at 5:30am feeling totally exhausted. I am demanding an apology and a full refund.
