The lady that checked us in was so lovely and the terrace was beautiful at any time of the day or night. You can get a free pastry and coffee from the cafe on the other side of the street and the pastries are to die for. The catacombs are located right across from the property too which is definitely worth a visit. Would definitely come back again another time.

We never met the manager but hours after we had checked in, he called to ask what time we’d be arriving as he’d been waiting for us since 4. I explained we had already checked in so this was clearly false and he just brushed it off. The lady that checked us in was so lovely though. The property is also on a hill you have to walk up and the pavement can be very narrow with lots of fast motorbikes driving past, although you get used to this pretty fast. It did rain on our last day and the cobblestones on the street were extremely slippy so you should be very careful.

Very well located, clean and spacious. Good price. It doesn’t really offer breakfast, but instead you get a free pastry and drink at a nearby cafe, which was also good.

Not that it was a problem, but it would have been nice if we were informed about the tourist tax before booking the place. You need to pay 3€ per person and per night besides the price you already payed on booking, and it must be in cash. I believe this information could have been shared with us in advance, especially because we didn’t have any cash on us and the lady who welcomed us at the B&B didn’t speak English, so it was hard to understand this information. Also the room was very cold, we turned the AC on at 32 degrees but it was still very cold, and there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

Really good location - close to the metro, restaurants and museums. This neighborhood doesn't have a very good reputation, but personally I felt safe. Great communication with the host - he was very professional, kind, helpful and left us lots of recommendations. Air conditioning and a terrace are a very big advantage. I enjoyed classic Italian breakfast.

I don't recommend this place for people with reduced mobility. It's a pity that there are no wine glasses or a kettle available.

Excellent location of the apartment. Our apartment within the accommodation was facing the quiet, inner side of the building, so the stay was pleasant and without noise from the street. A beautiful terrace with a view of the entire city, definitely the highlight of the apartment. The owner is extremely friendly, he helped organize transportation from the airport to the city center. He introduced us the city and all the must see destinations.

The property is not far from the centre, and is also close to a metro stop. The hosts are very nice and friendly and provided lost of info about Naples and its surroundings. The room is slightly small, but clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and pristine bathroom. Good WiFi. We loved the huge terrace. I would stay here again.

Alessandro is very kind and thoughtful. Room was comfortable, spacious, was cleaned every day. It has a rooftop where you can eat and have drinks. Price-quality is good.

It wasn't nearby any metro station so it was at least a 10-15 minutes walk in crowded streets. Also motorcycles drive recklessly in the area but neither of this is the hotel fault but something to consider if you are planning move around here😅

After reading reviews and the promotional price, we were tempted to stay at Belvedere Partenopeo. We were surprised by the quiet location for Naples. Great availability of stores and stores all around. I really enjoyed the food in the cafe. Great assistance from the staff at check-in. On your feet you can walk efficiently to the strict historical center. A room with a large comfortable bed, we had a large bathroom. 4th floor? Good solution if you have eaten so much delicious Italian food.

Great location, walking distance to the most attractions, it has got real Naples spirit- located in the old building so you can feel the pure, local atmosphere.

Noise during night - unfortunately Naples people loves using horn a lot, even during night so it might be difficult for some people to sleep well.

Loved the location and Vincenzo, the manager, was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The bathroom decor was very nice

Many stairs (listed in the ad, but we forgot) the internet didn't work, but the cell reception was excellent.

The place is located in old and historical Sanita district. One of the entries to catacombs are 100 meters away and those are probable event better ones to compare to San Gennaro.

Location quite far from subway, about 15 minutes to go. If you plan to carry luggage on wheels that distance (which we assumed is ok for some reason), pls be aware that pavement in Naples usually is not good for that (big spaces between stones). Also, regulation of the place that we should leave the room until 10 AM every day to for letting personnel to make cleaning is quite strange. Cleaning personnel always switch off air conditioning.
