I recently started visiting Neapol and let me tell you, size and design of some expensive acommodations I have stayed before was little culture shock for me. But THIS PLACE is just hidden gem, clean, modern, luxurious, tall ceilings, minimalistic, walking distance everywhere I needed, private and very SAFE and super comfy matress and pillows especially after long flight I slept happy like a baby, bathroom is big with bidet, I travel with lot of skincare and clothes so I comfortably stored all my stuff. There is huge living room with books and huge teracce so you can sunbathe. Host was always immediately helpful when I had some questions. I liked everything about this place and I never write reviews but when it comes to this place i wanted to, because I really have anxiety from tiny and dark places so this place is a roomy and light paradise. ( but when I wanted to sleep or watch Netflix I just closed both french doors from balcony and had total blackout room) Best of both worlds! Would 100% recommend and will book again! Thank you

This is a B&B and not a hotel, so is not staffed permanently. We didn’t notify our time of arrival and we didn’t give Marcantonio the opportunity to send us details of how to get in, and so it was a strange few minutes on a hot, dusty street next to a car mechanic’s workshop….. but once inside the place is beautiful. Disarmingly beautiful compared to the hot street outsides. What an amazing and tranquil property. It’s a €20 ride from the airport and only a few minutes walk to the metro system, so super location to explore Naples from.

We didn’t need a bar, we didn’t want a restaurant and we didn’t book a spa, so from that we were not disappointed. The descriptions and reviews are spot on. It is a calm and tranquil resting place in a bustling (and very hot in August) city. The only downside was finding the place - so contact the host if you book and then all will be fine.

Really cool property, felt very futuristic. Delicious breakfast. Had lovely conversations with other guests over breakfast which was nice. Not too far from the metro station but beware, the hill up to the hotel is a killer and we struggled to get our bags up, so maybe just get an Uber (wasn’t worth the workout)

Had to let ourselves In but it wasn’t that bad as the owner left us very detailed instructions, but after tackling the hill we were all a bit worse for wear

Excellent and very communicative host, very clean, interesting old renovated building, 8 minutes walk from the metro station.

The breakfast must contain more than just sugar and carbs (having some yogurt, cheese, eggs etc will make a big difference). No elevator in the building, so if you have a large suitcase - be prepared to carry it to the second floor.

Location was great. Carmella was great. The building and apartment are beautiful. We loved the elegant and generous shared sitting room and the fresh chocolate torta on arrival was a lovely touch.

Breakfast was ok and ample but nothing fresh - all packaged. There were fresh bananas. We went down the street the second morning.

The location was great, we were walking distance within all the areas we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere, as well as the host Marcantonio being so welcoming and accommodating. We loved our room, it was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Napoli :)

The street can be quite noisy outside (even with the window closed) but it’s nothing a pair of earplugs can’t fix ;)

omg this b&b is beautiful! from the outside you think it really is here but then you walk inside a whole Arty building. everything is nicely styled and marc antonio is a super nice host. the bed is lovely by the way. slept super well and then you wake up and the table is set with a delicious breakfast

Water was going outside the shower in bathroom and there was mould on toasts, poor breakfast selection, no room service and unfriendly staff, uncomfortable pillows

Beautiful interior. Nice and friendly staff. Located close to the city center and in an area full of life

Simple breakfast with just sweet cakes and cereal, so I recommend to buy breakfast somewhere else
