I like the location. It was in a safe area and I enjoyed the walk to the old city. I liked the check-in process, it was abit confusing at the beginning but its very simple and makes it easy for you to check in at anytime without anyone waiting for you. The hostess was lovely and ensured I had my breakfast which was very sweet as I am solo travelling. Everything was very clean and the sheets smelt good. They allowed me to leave my bag for a few days whilst I went to positano which was great help! The communication was very quick. Very grateful for the service and I would come here again.

The toilet is great size in the room but the shower area was very small and abit of an inconvenience to use.. never-the-less it wasn't a problem. Entering the building was very confusing, I wasn't sure if I had entered the right building but the actual apartment and room is very nice, modern and clean.

The historic building is fantastic, I'll check it out whenever I'm back in Naples to see it after the renovation works. The room was spacious for 5 people and clean, and the personnel who welcomed me for breakfast were super friendly. Bonus points for the self-check-in and the great coffee.

The continuous spam prior to the check-in, but not so-friendly interactions when I reached out cause I couldn't complete it. Tip: try to complete it from a laptop

The hosts were so helpful on everything we needed. We even booked transfer to the airport with them. The breakfast was good had the usual stuff and some items change daily. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The location is central, and close to museums, and main shops and metro. A great restaurant exactly opposite the property.

There are stairs to the property which were a bit too much for my mum over 60 but I know they are renovating the block so probably they will have one soon. There were annoying noises at times not sure if it was triggered everytime someone takes a shower.

Good location and interesting design. We had a late flight, but with the help of the smart system we were able to check in and get inside on our own.

The hot water in the shower was gone.

many steep stairs to climb with luggage and no lift - luckily I only had a small bag

the room was very beautiful and big and the staff very very polite and friendly. Every morning they were preparing breakfast for us.
