The B&B is well located, right next to the train station. The host welcomed us with coffee and lots of tips about Naples and the surrounding area and the room is very clean and tastefully decorated, so you immediately feel at home.

What irritated us a bit is that the host installed cameras in many places in the building and in the B&B. On a regular basis we got instructions/comments on WhatsApp when the cameras had captured something again. We therefore inevitably asked ourselves whether we were actually being monitored. It is certainly only meant nicely, but leaves a strange feeling.

This is a separate room in an apartment. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The host (both of them) was very welcoming, explained house rules and nearest places for food.

The usual challenge in Neapolis - street noise. Air conditioning is adjusted automatically by host only - not comfortable if you like your own room comfort settings.

The people are friendly and give good food recomendations. The appartment we stayed in was quiet. There is a small lift in the building which looks very old but works well. The building itself especially inside has a nice old movie vibe. The room and bathroom were very clean and had nice towels. If you want to visit other cities, the close railwaystation and bus station make it easy and fast.

The neighborhood ouside the building at late evenings so just use a common sense and you will not have any bad experience.

B&B Binario 39 is an oasis of calm in busy Napoli. The area around the station isn’t the nicest but we’ve loved staying here, it’s clean and large and the breakfast was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help us with our bags when we first arrived and helping us with taxi to the airport etc. Definitely recommend!

Our Host are Perfect Person❤️Location are in City Center near Central train station. Our host are so friendly, helpful and kind,And his brother Diego Are so good person, he made a special Naples coffee for us. We recommended strongly this place.

Very shady station neighbourhood Paid elevator Airbnb and hostel mix - you get a bedroom and a bathroom in a shared appartment, but e.g. The signs ask you to nit use the kitchen

Francesco was an excellent host! He helped our family of four a lot, even before our arrival and so much during our stay! We felt so safe! The bnb is beautiful and very clean,they are very cautious with covid and it lies in a convenient place if you want to visit Pompeii and Vesuvio, right at Garibaldi square!
