very good location, just off the main road but extremely quiet street. 20 min walk to the Napoli centrali or the port. Rosanna, the host, was very accommodating. coffee and breakfast await every morning before we set off for the day.

the doors that connect to the common area/ kitchen and the walls between rooms are quite thin so you can hear talking/ noise. however the other guests were respectful and there was no problem. If you’re sensitive to noise you can wear earplugs to sleep to avoid being woken up in the morning by noise in the kitchen/ other rooms but at night you won’t be able to hear the traffic because of the quiet location.

Great position, easy to get out and have a drink and food all close by. Only 20 minute walk to train station. The host was very kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. the room was spotless. I don’t normally eat cake for breakfast but it was warm and homemade and beautiful. We arrived around 10 and although we could get in the building you need a fob for the lift, with help from a couple staying we got into the B and B using the electronic system. Once we informed the host we were there she quickly came to give us keys and the lift fob. I would recommend staying here for location. cleanliness and the good value for money.

This is a hidden gem in Naples. It is right next to the biggest university - so handy for staff, parents, students. It is in a quiet, local cul-de-sac (side street) off the main bustling port and tourist areas. Property is spacious, spotlessly clean, has its own balcony, excellent air con and is fantastic value

Nothing - only that guests should bear in mind it is a B&B and so a little care is needed finding the door buzzer and way up in lift. There is no reception desk as in hotels etc.

The location was great, on the edge of the historic centre. The room was small but adequate for a short stay, and had a juliet balcony. There were plenty of places to eat within a short walk of the property.

The breakfast was basic and the dining room was tiny, making the experience a little claustrophobic with 2 people in there serving the food.

The staff was really friendly and made sure we were comfortable. We were located close to public transportation and lots of great restaurants. The provided breakfast was also really tasty! The room was really nice with a wonderful balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Rosanna was an excellent host, welcoming us with a cup of hot tea before doing the check in. The location of the B&B is perfect to explore Naples by walking, directly at Centro Storico. Despite the location, it is very quiet. When it was time to leave, we could store our backpacks at the reception and when we came by to pick them up, it was time for another cup of hot beverages, good chats and a warm goodbye.

The place is very good located and in the quite area like for centro storico. The owner is very nice and helpful. Breakfast gluten free was not a problem which was great. Owner event cooked gluten free cake for us which was very,very nice :-)) Coffee with breakfast was great. Room was very clean and was cleaned every day (we spend 3 nights there). Great place to stay!

Beautiful rooms with a perfect balcony to share with friends, cool and shady for breakfast in the morning, expertly prepared by Sujith every day. Our lovely host Rosanna keeps a magnificent B&B, truly worthy of a 10 rating. Just a few 100 meters from the vibrant old city. Perfect!

Excellent location. Lovely friendly hosts. Room was small but not a problem as we were out exploring. Immaculately clean.

Only a very small comment but maybe some fresh fruit at breakfast. But what we were given fresh croissants, delicious coffee, juice and a toastie were delicious.

We had a lovely stay with Rosanna and Sugy. They were very friendly. The place is spotless and newly refurbished. The location is right in the centro historico and close to public transport. Breakfast was good with different choices and really good coffee. They let us do an early check-in which was highly appreciated. Overall great stay we would come back again ☺️
