Excellent location , could easily walk to the main railway station and to the ferry, near the main tourist sights and easily accessible and the cafes and restaurants were immediate. Breakfast always good, The host, Rosana, was always helpful and friendly.

Someone has written a report to say that there was no emergency escape staircase and advised people not to go. That is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE> there is an emergency staircase from the rooms to the ground floor and we went down it to check !!It perhaps needs a better sign to say it is the escape route.

very good location, just off the main road but extremely quiet street. 20 min walk to the Napoli centrali or the port. Rosanna, the host, was very accommodating. coffee and breakfast await every morning before we set off for the day.

the doors that connect to the common area/ kitchen and the walls between rooms are quite thin so you can hear talking/ noise. however the other guests were respectful and there was no problem. If you’re sensitive to noise you can wear earplugs to sleep to avoid being woken up in the morning by noise in the kitchen/ other rooms but at night you won’t be able to hear the traffic because of the quiet location.

We loved our stay here, our host Sujith and the owner- Rosanna made us feel like family. The location was on the main shopping area and a 20min walk from Napoli Centrale Train station. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable with great air-con. The real treat was the terrace where we enjoyed drinks and snacks at sunset. The double glazed doors, mean you don't hear any traffic noise. Don't be scammed by the taxi drivers - 10-12€ from Centrale Train Station, 20€ from the airport. If they do try to scam you, take a photo of the vehicle number plate and pass it onto the Owner.

That our stay was not longer.

Sujith greeted us when we arrived and showed us the facilities. He was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great, juice, yoghurt, special homemade cake, sliced meat and cheese. Along with coffee and tea. I was able to make a pot of tea in the afternoon to relax. The room was bright and cheerful. The bathroom large and modern amenities. Location was superb. 15 minute walk to train station and 10 minute walk to historical center. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Street noise when the terrace door opened. Had to keep it closed at night.

The location was excellent…….only 2 metro stops from the main railway station plus close access to the old town. There was also a cafe/ restaurant below the accommodation….great for a meal/drink after returning from a day’s sightseeing. Staff were helpful and the accommodation was clean and a peaceful space to stay.

The location is good with good restaurants close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and a special mention to Sujith for great cappuccinos and general cleaning of the facilities. The breakfast is great with good selections and even homemade cake each morning. The host is very accommodating and helpful.

The only thing that wasn't great was my check in. The BnB does not appear to have any signage outside or even in the lift. I walked up 3 floors to try and find reception, which I later found on the 4th floor.

Sujith kept the room clean and had breakfast ready each morning. He even made breakfast earlier for me one morning when I had to catch an early tour! Grazie! Rosanna, owner, joined me and others at breakfast which was enjoyable too. The property is in the historic center so I walked everywhere!! My room had a balcony so late afternoons I could relax in that space. I would return to this lodging when in Naples again.

All was very good.

We had great time in Naples, spending 3 nights at Rosana’s house the owner, everything very clean and comfortable, perfect location, quiet, close to everything, specially close to the meeting points for tours. Breakfast was good, Sujith is one of the staff member who was great lovely and helpful. Highly Recommended

Excellent location, just a few minutes of the historic downtown. Rosanne made us feel like family. The breakfast was very good and we liked the fact that it was served in our balcony. Plenty of food with homemade pastries. Clean, spacious compared to other B&B's, and comfortable.

It was a bit tricky to find the main door on the street, just a small sign to let you know you are in the right place.

Great position, easy to get out and have a drink and food all close by. Only 20 minute walk to train station. The host was very kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. the room was spotless. I don’t normally eat cake for breakfast but it was warm and homemade and beautiful. We arrived around 10 and although we could get in the building you need a fob for the lift, with help from a couple staying we got into the B and B using the electronic system. Once we informed the host we were there she quickly came to give us keys and the lift fob. I would recommend staying here for location. cleanliness and the good value for money.
