Breakfast was over my expectation, room was big considering the European standards. We were 3 people and the room was for maximum 4 people located behind the reception. I liked very much the bathroom, the shower is a bit narrow for my size but it worked excellent and looks very nice, Italian. For me 10+ was the bathroom and everything inside. A reason we choose this hotel was the location, central, 15 minutes walk from the port where are the meeting points for any travel around Naples. Was our bad luck we had a very hot weather and even 15 minutes walk was too much sweating. Now I want to say a few words about people: they were above my expectation. All of them: reception, cleaning and breakfast. I want to congratulate you all for your smiles and hard and professional work.

What I didn't like and nobody likes is the entrance. Compared with the rest of the city is clean but is still in the dark and with the garbage bins to welcome you. One day when the big door was open and the sun was in the bins didn't look so inappropriate for the eye.

Rooms were very clean and had many extras like a rack for drying clothing, and extra blankets. The staff were very helpful, and the elevators were a godsend after so many stairs at other hotels. The beds were very comfortable, and the balconies were really excellent.

One of our two booked rooms was very noisy being next to reception and the janitor's area, we could hear every call and every check-in. Breakfast was good when available, but some days food would run out and not be restocked.

The location was perfect for our needs as we ventured out most days to the islands, it was a short walk to the ports. I appreciated nice clean towels every day and the room was also tidied up daily. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day and had options for all. The room was super cute and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

During one of the days our room was cleaned one of the charging converters was damaged by the staff which made it non workable. I had a spare so it wasn't a big deal, I would have liked for them to inform me that it had happened instead of just plugging it in to the wall to make it seem like it hadn't been touched. An entire prong was missing from the converter which was irreparable. Kinda of hard to miss. Again, not a big deal overall but it happened.

We arrived in a rental car and driving in Napoli is challenging. But the hotel was easy to find once we were on the right street. Parking is not an option, but the hotel has a very good valet service. Breakfast is good and varied. Rooms are clean modern, and the hotel staff are very nice. It's a small hotel so you get very good service. The hotel location was ideal for our stay. All our places of interest were in walking distance. Including the train station and ferry port.

It was a bit confusing on the day of arrival. The entrance door at street level is locked and the only indication of a hotel is the Hotel Nunu sign and video doorbell panel. The door opens within seconds after pressing the doorbell. But the reception is up one flight of stairs (or use the elevator). A sign inside would have been appreciated. This is only a minor issue which can affect new arrivals. Once you know where the reception is your OK.

The location is great to explore both the old center and the spanish quarter. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was great with excellent coffee. Breakfast room is very tastefully decorated. Rooms have sufficient closet space, beds are nice and comfortable and the balcony is very cosy.

Not enough space in the bathroom, an extra shelf to put your toothpaste and other personal care products on would be great. The reception is 24h so at night telephone calls can be heard in the room and light from the reception/lobby will shine under the door. Disturbing for light sleepers. Maybe telephone headsets for the receptionists? And something to cover the lower part of the door so light from the hallway will be blocked?

It was clean, the breakfast was great, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great.

After a couple days we found a book with a list of rules that was off putting. Things like don’t bring food or drinks in the room, if you stain/break anything we will charge you along with a list of prices if you do so. I get it stuff cost money but we all ready know not to steal or break things.

The room was clean and all the stay it was cleaned, towels changed. The breakfast was great and full to start the day with, they serve eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit etc. Bed was definentely comfortable and room had AC, so it was nice after long day in the heat.

We were travelling as two friends, but our room had a big double bed not single ones. Staff knew that we wanted to have two separate sheets, but everyday they would take one sheet and we had to ask for a separate sheet every single day through all the stay. And staff would not even know what we are asking for. Room had a tv with smart tv functions, that you cant use, like netflix or youtube, cant even turn on your own accounts.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Giving us tips on how to get around and where to go. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Very clean and always topped up.

Just the entrance, but it's typical in Naples to see this setup. Don't be daunted by the big wooden door, the welcome is amazing.

The hotel is on the main street, when you open the balcony theres a lot of noise. The door of the closet fell off, and the bag scales in the room didnt work. I must say the staff took care of it in a second

Great location,amazing staff,the hotel is clean, has a vibrant decoration and has good illumination(maybe the building is a bit dark,but the floors that belong to the hotel are beautifully decorated and with lots of light), price was good breakfast included,very happy with my choice

Neighborhood is intimidating at first, but once you walk by is safe,we walked in the night from the port to the hotel and felt really safe (we are 2 women).
