Beautiful and clean apartments. Amazing air conditioning. Easy to come and go as we pleased using the key link sent to us, also meant we could check-in late with no issue as our flight was delayed.

The only issue we had was we felt the cafe that supplied the breakfast (Bar Bruno) wasn't very friendly. I understand that most locals hate English-speaking tourists, but I constantly tried my best to speak Italian to them and was always met with attitude. One morning we waited 30 minutes just to receive an already made pastrie that was sitting on a shelf, whilst many many people came and went. Had to remind them multiple times until I eventually went in myself.

Super comfy bed, the location is really nice - close to ferry port, train station and airport. Check-in was also really easy. It has everything you need and is perfect for tourists for a few nights.

The breakfast is super small, it is at the cafe next door and it is a small snack and small drink. I do not think it should be classified as a breakfast since that is misleading and disappointing to guests.

VERY good location, exceptionally clesn, nice modern decoration and nice amneties (we had a room with whirlpool! )

The entry system is pretty tricky and requires good internet connection all the time + you need to send a picture of your ID upfront through a systrm (which for us felt a bit unsafe)

They paid attention to small details such as lighting, and the jacuzzi really adds to the atmosphere

To enter the building and the rooms you need an internet connection. You should add an explanation of how to enter the main door of the building, especially for those who arrive at night when there is no receptionist, and also provide a solution for tourists who arrive without internet

The check in process was really complicated. I couldn’t pay the tourist tax prior to arriving due to the vikey platform- luckily the host allowed us to pay cash . Getting in and out of the room and building required 4g /WiFi and phone battery ! A traditional check in process with a key would have been better.

Room was really clean. Location is amazing. Amazing owners/workers- very helpful.

Typical Italian breakfast was not enough for us. No electric kettle in room- it could be very useful.

Parking - I mean, skyhigh expensive, drop off method I have never met, to handover my car to somebody w/o any prior info about that logic. Next day, we agreed 7a.m to be on front of hotel, driver came 7:35, too rushy for me to carch the ferry.

The e room was clean and big, the jacuzzi was amazing

The hotel is on a mauin street which makes it easy to access but tge cars noises at night was a little loud

There is no breakfast thay just gave you a  ticket to take a snak from the bar near by
