Great location, you can walk everywhere very easily. 15 mins approximately to the port (e.g for a trip to Capri) and the train station (for Pompeii, Sorrento etc), around 15 minutes to many of the Central historical sites and also maybe 5 mins walk from a taxi rank and the famous da michele pizzeria. Really helpful owner who spoke English and provided a map. There was a good continental breakfast. You can also buy water/soft drinks there and there's a grocery shop round the corner if you want larger water bottles etc. Building felt very secure. There was great WiFi which was helpful as I had issues with my mobile network. Tricky enough to find initially at night so recommend taking a taxi from the airport if you arrive late. Naples is a very loud city (constant traffic with constant beeping all over the city), with the windows closed it was much more faint but if you're a light sleeper I'd suggest earplugs generally. Clean and tidy and bed was comfortable.

It is on the top floor of the building with no lift/elevator which wouldn't be suitable if you had limited mobility.

Breakfast was great, fresh fruit, cheese, ham, local traditional cakes and pastries. Great coffee. Bruno, our host, was friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was quite as we were on the courtyard side of the building. There are only three guest rooms rooms. The B&B is pleasingly simple, clean and comfortable (the bedrooms have air conditioning) and in a great location for the Centro Storico.

This is not a complaint, just a point of information: the B&B is on the 4th floor of a traditional Napolitan apartment block. There is no lift. My partner and I were fine with this. But anyone with mobility issues may find the climb up four flights a challenge.

Great location in the center of Naples, just few meters from the Duomo metro station. Bruno (the host) is very polite, helpful and even gives his mobile-number to contact in case of need. Moreover, you will have a great Italian coffee in breakfast. The room is fully renovated, clean and comfortable, and in the bathroom there is also a hair-dryer.

Despite he fact that the rooms are fully renovated, clean and comfortable, the building is old and there is no elevator. Host help in bringing the luggage at the room, so it is not a problem as far as you can walk up and down some stairs.

Bruno is am very nice host and was really helpful. He carried our 3 heavy bags up to the 3rd floor. Wow. His recommendantions were great. The place is well located. 3 min walk from the historic centre and next door to Metro station Duomo. Really good for 2 nights.

Neaples is what it is. Loud, crowdy and wild. Sleep cannot be granted. If you can't handle that stay away. But at the same time quite democratic and there some exceptional things to see and to do.

It’s right next to a metro station and one stop away from the train station. And just a few stops to many popular destinations. It’s also walking distance to many attractions too. It’s a small b&b so it’s very quiet. Everything was clean and well maintained. Bruno stocks the fridge with drinks at very reasonable prices which was nice coming back after a hot day of walking.

I stayed here for 6 nights in June 2022. Very helpful host (Bruno) will meet you on arrival and even if you arrive into Naples airport late. He will also give you good advice on what to visit in the Naples area. Good breakfast included. Rooms comfortable and clean and are serviced daily. There are also blackout blinds and double glazed windows so you wont hear any noise from the busy streets outside etc. Good air-conditioning too. There are only 3 or four rooms in this accommodation and it is very secure. There is also a shared balcony that is nice to sit out on in the evening and watch the traffic go by. The location of this accommodation is excellent, it is in Centro Storico just a few metres off Corso Unmberto I, Doumo metro station is right outside and that is just one stop down from the main train and bus station. Everything within Centro Storico is within walking distance including the port for ferries to Capri etc. The accommodation is located on the fourth floor of an old building, which means there is no elevator, so that may be a problem for some. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed every aspect of this B&B, Bruno is amazing host, he is friendly and helpful, gave us great tips and recommendations. The breakfast was amazing and we tried the famous cappuccino mentioned in many reviews. The location is super, right in the historic center, so that we could walk to all of the major sights. The place was spotlessly clean and the daily cleaning was just another service beyond our expectations. Every detail was taken care of - soft towels and toiletries were provided, there was a hair drier and tv with netflix, a fridge in the common area where you can get drinks for a very good price. If you are travelling to Naples, this is the place to book.

The location right between the historical center and the new center and close to the train station was ideal for one night's stay. The room had all the basic amenities we could hope for. We had time to walk around and see the city. The owner (Bruno) was really helpful and communicative and made sure we had a good experience and stay. It was especially convenient that there was some water and other drinks for purchasing.

The place is on the third floor with no elevator. It was not a problem for us, but it could be a consideration for someone with special accessibility needs.

Bruno (the owner of the B&B) is a super host, he was available for us throughout our stay and gave us the tips and tricks we needed for our city break to Napoli. Everything he told us turned out to be true, so we felt very lucky to have him as out host! The location of the facilty is just perfect, we didn't really use the public transport because most of the city attractions are within walking distance and the cleanliness of our room was top. The breakfast didn't disappoint at all, everything was so tasty, and the coffee Bruno prepared reminded us the reason why we actually chose Italy :)

The facility is very centrally located, which comes with both ups and downs, and in this case the downside is that it can be quite noisy even at night - there's quite a big boulevard around the corner and the traffic is pretty intense. And another aspect is that there's no elevator and the B&B is at the top floor of the building, but either way, none of these two things can spoil the great memories we've got from Napoli!

Bruno was an excellent host and really lovely guy. Prompt, helpful, and very cordial. Really good breakfast which included protein (ham) and cappuccino coffees. In an older apartment block but the B&B was very modern, well maintained, and clean. Great location - near the Metro and an easy walk to the main sights. Some street noise at night but it did not disturb my sleep. Very enjoyable place to stay. Thank you, Bruno.
