A good location close to the Duomo metro station. The room was in a nice building which seemed well maintained. The lift was very useful. We were in the theatre room, which was a good size. Also the decoration and small balcony were lovely. The breakfast (croissant and coffee) in the bar below worked well and there were coffee and tea making facilities were available in the communal kitchen area. It was hot, but the air con was very effective.

There was a small fridge in the room, but it didn't seem to work and smelt a bit mouldy. It wasn't a problem for our short stay.

I was welcomed by Marco when I arrived, he showed me all the major places to visit in Naples, and also had wonderful restaurant recommendations ! The room itself was big and very clean, and it was perfectly located between the city center and the port. I will definitely recommend this B&B to everyone coming to Naples !

The room was spacious and clean with some amusing musical references and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. There were facilities for cooking and making hot drinks.

The plumbing was not ideal in that the shower didn't drain and the system made a noise as water was going through it, whether from the lavatory, the basin or the shower.

It’s in a great location for exploring all that the historic centre of Naples had to offer. The room was large and comfortable and for those who are interested, it has a kitchenette area. The room is on the third floor and a lift is available.

We stayed in the teatro room, like you're sleeping in Teatro San Carlo. Good size room, nice big table and chairs, wardrobe and plenty of drawers, a safe (I hope they've put the batteries in so that you can use it). Great bathroom with a terrific shower (try the psychedelic light). Balcony was great, big enough to sit out comfortably, to watch the city go by!! Host was really helpful, recommended loads of his favourite restaurants, some walking routes, and where to get things, thank you Marco. It's a busy area around here, particularly at night. When you want to close it off, close the shutters, the door and the curtain and it's so cosy and totally quiet. Breakfast is next door at a café: coffee and pastry. Convenient, handy, that's it. If you want a change from pasta and pizza, try Trattoria Della Arte. Wonderful menu, and much cheaper than it would seem to be. If you're getting the train to Herculaneum, get it from Napoli Porta Nolana, nearer to apartment (short walk), and you'll get a seat before the crowds get on at Napoli Centrale (Garibaldi). We were very comfortable here. Didn't really use the communal kitchen, but it's handy if you need a knife or glasses etc. It was always clean, thanks to host and other guests. So, respect!

Breakfast. But it was convenient.

LOVED this Hotel. So comfortable and spacious. Fantastic host that helps explain the area when you arrive. Really enjoyed the daily cappuccino at the cafe downstairs every morning as the included breakfast. Great location. I would stay again!!!

Really smart, modern and clean. Brilliant location. Lovey staff and free machine coffee! The cafe next door for breakfast (coffee and a pastry) was also nice. There are only a few rooms in the property and our room (Pompeii) faced a courtyard, so it was very quiet and comfortable

It would be helpful to explain the check in process in advance (a time needs to be arranged and the staff meet you at the property, there is no permanent reception)

Brilliant location, almost silent with the windows closed (Naples is a very loud city) the hosts were super friendly, really helpful, very knowledgeable but left you alone to enjoy your stay but only a WhatsApp away if needed. Breakfast is at a little local cafe about 5 metres away - great coffee and friendly owners - really enjoyed this part. The shower was great too. Brilliant place to stay on our first trip to Naples.

The only thing I can mention here is that the bed was a little too small for us - I’m 6’2 and my partner is 5’10.

I think that the main difference between the high level rooms, depends on the owner's attitude. After 6 days in his kingdom, and numberless questions, changes, extras, I can say Marco is a sample for the best of them. The place is classical design, and very pleasant
