The location is located in a very clean and safe area in Napoli. Many International fashion brands are in the same street. A few mins walk to reach supermarkets, and Metro station. The Staff, Sefania, contributes to my best Italian trip experience. very friendly, smart and extremely helpful. can't imagine our Napoli can work out perfectly without her assists. This B&b presents an Italian style that I like the most , surround by beautiful furnitures, like staying in a little museum. btw, there is a lift in the building which is an Ace!!! 10 out of 10.

Everything about my stay was spectacular. The room and ensuite bathroom were beautiful, the best I've had in Italy. The location is within 5 minutes of seemingly endless beautiful cafes, restaurants, and bars, is within walking distance of castel san elmo, a number of museums and squares, and 5 mins from the metro station. It takes about 20 mins to get to Napoli Centrale from the apartment by walking to the metro and catching a train. Most of all the stay was made spectacular by the lovely lovely staff. I forgot my passport in the room and they was so helpful, even offering me a coffee and some cake when I came back to collect it. They were also very patient with my broken Italian! I'll definitely be back to Napoli and to residenzia via dei mille!

The B&B is located on the second floor of a fabulous traditional building on a shopping street. There is a lift to the B&B. The host was lovely and recommended a restaurant for our evening meal, the food was good. The room was fine, with a comfortable spacious bed, the bathroom was clean and the shower adequate. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was good with continental style food laid out so you could help yourself, the waitress was happy to provide extra tea and coffee.

Probably our fault but we struggled to open the main wooden door off the street, and resorted to ringing the bell, which was immediately answered. That's it

Such a great b&b in a safe area. I was travelling on my own through Italy so this was very important to me. The owner was so friendly when I arrived he gave me a pie and some juice and I spent some time with his lovely dog, such a great welcome! My room had a balcony with a great view and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Will definitely recommend to friends and family 😀

The road was a little noisy, but that would be expected in a busy city

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. Located on a beautiful street away from the chaos but ideal for getting to several points in the city. Attentive, welcoming staff and the room was comfortable and clean with everything I needed. I’ll stay here any time I visit Naples in the future.

This is a great little place to stay. The location is spot on, a short walk down to the sea front, lots of bars and restaurants on the door step as well as top end shops and the metro is just up the top of the road. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and spacious. I would definitely would recommend it!

The breakfast was a little disappointing but adequate but that’s just nit picking

I loved this charming little B&B! Very nice location close to the the promenade, cafés etc. and a short walk to the metro station. The room was comfortable and had a little balcony with a little café table and chairs where you could sit and relax. Very friendly staff, too! All in all, I was more than satisfied and would have loved to stay here a few more days!

Nothing really. The location is a bit out of the centre so you need to get metro or walk a lot to get to the main attractions there, but I preferred that.

Great location near the rich area of Napoli. 10-15 walking time to the mains site seeing. Great breakfast. Great chamber. lovely balcony. very chamber has its own color.
