Naples as a city is almost theatrically chaotic but whenever I'm inside the hotel, it's all quiet, calm and efficient -but-never-obtrusive service. Feel free to ask the reception desk (which is manned 24/7) about tours, taxis, and restaurant recommendations. I also recommend paying a bit extra for a room with seaview. In the lobby, they have a small but well-stocked bar, drinks are priced reasonably and there's a friendly barman you can chat with -just like in the movies.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike! I've read not so stellar reviews about the breakfast being limited in choices and repetitive - not particularly true. It's a good buffet consisting of hot and cold foods, breads, pastries, beverages, yogurts, cereals etc. Sure, it's the same every time but in the real world, breakfasts really are repetitive fares. It is up to the person to design his or her breakfast every morning. Just because it's a buffet doesn't mean one eats everything every time.

Great hotel in one of the two nicest neighborhoods of the city (the other one is Vomero, just above Chiaia), with direct access to the sea and many other nice places. The hotel has an "old money" vibe to it, and the rooms confirm this: they are big, with comfortable amenities (for example the lights, but also the great bathroom) and the marble, wood and metal are there to remind you this is not a budget hotel. The price, however, is more than competitive in Naples and makes this place a great bang for buck. I highly recommend it and I will be back.

Excellent location. Close to the Lungomare and all of Chiaia. Metro station 5 minute walk away - <10min to Antico Storico. Funicular for Vomero around 5 minutes away. Port for ferries also nearby. Smooth check-in and check out. Nice spacious clean rooms.

No kettle. No iron. If you need to be within 10 minutes walk of the old town, then probably not for you. Otherwise, nothing really negative.

Very good. I would almost give it a 5 star classification. But 4 is fair grade.

Not that I did not like but I think its something to be made aware of at check in. The bedside switches can actually open the door to the room. Meaning you can accidentally pop the door open when turning off the light when going to sleep. There is no nearby convenience store, at least not any i could find in google maps.

I chose this hotel because it had a 24hr check in desk and my flight was arriving late. The airport taxi knew the hotel, and I was able to check in at 2am with no problems. Room was quiet and had electric shutters so I slept til 10.30am no problem! Room had a nice retro style and a good desk, great location. Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, shower gel, body lotion all provided in bathroom plus shower cap and hotel slippers. Air con. Would recommend.

Staff were very helpful in suggestions for local transportation (e.g., bus metro, island ferries). Room payment by bank wire transfer was competently arranged and efficient.

I did not attempt to access all the hotel facilities and therefore have no negative comments. Everything requested was delivered.

Friendly and helpful staff. They seemed careful to follow COVID-19 guidelines. The room was clean and comfortable. The self-serve breakfast was efficient with good choices with plenty of space for distancing. The location was great with ready access to the old city street, via Cavallerizza, where there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and people. Further on is via Toledo and the many sites in this part is the city. Walking to centro storico from the hotel takes some effort, but the Metro is only a 5 minute walk and gives ready access to all of Napoli.

Like almost all beds in Italy we have experienced, as pampered Americans, I found the bed a bit firm and wanting for extra pillows. Though to be fair, my wife didn't seem to have issues with the bed.

Excellent location - really convenient for via Chiaia & the Lungomare. Plenty of shops, cafes & good restaurants nearby. Also close to public transport. Great rooms: Large, spacious and very comfortable.

The hotel needs a facelift. No AC in the rooms is a real minus. Unlike many places, the AC is entirely central and may not be turned on until June. There was also a smell in the bathroom that could not be eliminated. old pipes?

Great location. About the staff, Belin always greets you with a smile and was very very helpful. She helped us to discover the area and also to join trips to Amalfi coast and pompei.
