The location of the apartment was central, we walked everywhere. The manager Silvia was one of the best people we have come across in our travels. We were finding the taxis from the airport to be very pricey and messaged Silvia and she arranged a very very reasonably priced taxi for us and personally received us at the airport. We were more than happy with our stay and would certainly stay here again and recommend this place to our friends

Our stay in Naples was awesome, mainly because our stay at Museum Inn Napoli. Silvia is an amazing host, she gave us a map and described how to get to interesting places when checking in. The room looked even better then the pictures and it was clean. The thing we appreciated the most in these summer days was a perfectly working air conditioning. The location is great, you can just go by foot almost anywhere in Naples if you don't mind walking. If you prefer public transport, it's also a great option since it's very close to the Central station. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is nice but what makes this place special is Silvia. She met us at the airport. It was a Sunday and she recommended where we could eat for dinner. She is truly knowledgeable, very smart and knows the city inside out. She is extremely helpful and recommended places to visit in Naples, as well as how we could get to Pompeii. The location of the hotel is good quite close to the main railway station. Silvia speaks excellent English and is very kind and attentive. She is always available to ask questions an absolutely adorable find.

The bathroom was a good size, but the shower cubicle was extremely small.

Museum Inn Napoli is located near Piazza Poderico (more in a neighbourhood area than a touristy area) which was quiet at night and ideal for resting after a long day in the touristic hustle and bustle of downtown Naples. The hotel is conveniently located in a square (piazza) that however has a decent amount of restaurants and shops. We ate our first meal at pizzeria La Ruota (5 mins walk) and our last meal at pizzeria Sophia (right across the building); both classic Napolitan pizzas of course! Our host Silvia was quite welcoming and very informative, facilitating our transportation to and from the airport, but also giving us great information about how to navigate Naples and where to go. This primary insight was insanely helpful knowledge given Italians don't really care for speaking English lol. The central station (with train, bus, metro) is called Garibaldi and is within 15 mins walk from the hotel. The metro system takes you into the city centre, make sure to know what stop to get off at. We walked on Via Toledo (tourist central), had a happy hour at Cafe Gambrinus, and did some shopping on via Chiaia (high end and local shops). Nonetheless, the museum inn's location was convenient for our needs.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but it is hard to ping a specific address in Napoli. it is always "surrounding" locations so we had to know how to explain (in broken Italian) to our taxi drivers how to get us back to the hotel around piazza poderico.

Great room and very friendly owner. Great price for how central the location is! It could be hard to find but the owner knows this and was communicating with me the entire time beforehand to make sure I got there okay. Very large room and nice bathroom.

The host was extremely lovely. After a horrible stay at a previous accommodation, she took very good care of us. Even when we were struggling to make our way to the hotel, she came and picked us up from the station and gave us a big list of recommendations for restaurants and travel itinerary. The location was very close to the station, bus stops, restaurants and markets/shops. The room was tidy with a fridge, cooker and sink for us to cook our own food. Really grateful.

Never met such a good receptionist as Silvia. She was so helpfulness in every second when I needed. Silvia took me from the airport at the midnight with a driver, gave me a map and showed me the main spots to visit in Naples. Also helped me to arrange my trip to Capri from managing a ferry tickets and to checking sea level for Blue Grotto as well. Silvia invited a very reliable taxi driver, because in Naples it could take an hour to invite and it's not easy to come in time. Also Silvia recommended where I can find such a good gluten free pizza, gluten free products and the best Neapolitan coffee nearby hotel. Many thanks for everything!

The bed is comfy. Easy to get to/from the central station. Good shower. Sylvia speaks perfect English, super helpful. There were people singing down the road at night and it was beautiful.

The wall must be quite thin as you can hear people talking all the time. The balcony is shared with another room, so if someone walks out, the people in the other room can be seen. -- A bit lack of privacy. You can connect to the WiFi but the Internet wasn't really working.

I sincerely recommend this hotel!!! 🙂 Silvia (the service person) is a very helpful, warm and friendly person. She even came to the airport to pick me up at night ♥️ She also gave me some information about the city itself. Thanks Silvia! 😊 The hotel itself is close to the center and a few minutes from the train station. Inside clean and spacious. I also had access to the terrace. There is also a small kitchenette in the room, so you don't have to eat breakfast in the city. Thank you for your stay! I heartily recommend!

Silvia, the receptionist was super nice and helpful! The accomodation was small, but cozy. It is located near the central train and bus station and the city centre is also in a 15mins walking distance.

The area of the bus station didn't feel the safest in the late evening. Walls are thin and you can hear a lot from other rooms.
