Very close to the train station and therefore well connected to the metro net. Large room and nice bathroom with shower with very good water pressure. Breakfast in a Café very close to the accommodation, which had a good variety of cornetti (and of course, very good coffee). On top of all this, friendly staff.

First of all, we would like to give the biggest 10 to the staff we have had pleasure to meet during our stay. Communication was excellent! We got very valuable advices, maps and everything else needed to get tonknow the city. Housekepping lady, also, was very pleasant and helpful. Clean, spacious and modernly redecorated room with all necessary bathroom essentials. We didn't have terrace but we didn't need one. Finally, breakfast was in nearby cafe. Great place🧡

We had a wonderful stay at the Camera e Caffé. The location was excellent - right round the corner from the main train station, and within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. The accommodation was spotless - cleaned every day - with a very useful mini-fridge and small electronic safety box. Breakfast was at the Caffe Carioca whiich is a minute from the accommodation as you exit right. Exit left, and the Pizzeria Mediterraneo is also on the doorstep. The biggest 'shout out' though, has to go to the owners, the guys working at the nearby Caffe Carioca, and Sandro and Yalena at the Pizzeria. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality, and for the warm welcome to Naples. Hopefully we'll return one day.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was great, bed very comfortable and also very friendly staff so that we felt like we are home. Place is in very good position for going from there to other places like Amalfi, Capri etc. just a few minutes from Napoli Central station. We would definitely recommend and come back again.

The room is really spacious, clean and cozy. Bed is really comfy, decent size of smart tv and complete hygiene items. Modern style furnishing to add. Location is very close to main train station of Napoli which is about 5-8mins walk. Breakfast variety is very local. The host is really friendly and will help you in terms of the area as they speak English.

The only negative I guess is the room heater that is not working which we don't know how to operate and our mistake that we didn't ask the staff.

Was a lovely apartment and well looked after. Close to all transport links. Good communication, welcoming, and very helpful. Breakfast was served close by, which was a hot drink and croissant or brioche.

This area of Napals may not be suitable for all however the apartment was what we needed for our stay and close to transport links.

Close to public transportation. The room was nice, as well as the bathroom. We liked the cleaning lady. Very helpful and did a great job.

Poor noise isolation from other rooms. No clear contact information or information in general. Something that can be extremely easily improved.

The owner was waiting for us just outside the door when we arrived! It was raining, we were walking with luggage from the train station, we were tired, etc. and as I'm looking for an address number on anything so I knew where I was, I hear someone call out my name! It was the owner! He and his brother helped us with the luggage, showed us everything, gave us a restaurant referral (Called Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow) just around the corner (which we loved!), answered all our questions and told us where breakfast was in the morning. The room is very nice, tastefully chic decorated and felt newer. No complaints from us. It was just to sleep and get on a train in the morning but if we had to do it all over again, we would!

We're American so we were hoping for coffee in the room but only tea offered. Not a complaint, the tea was very good and we received our coffee at breakfast. Light switches were a little complex but we figured them out.

Clean and spacious bedroom for a family with 2 kids. Confortable bed. The location is good if you want to travel by train or get the bus to the airport.

The check in could be improved. They asked us about what time we will arrive. We provide them a time and they confirmed someone’d be there to do the check in.We arrive 10 minutes before and we informed them.However, we waited 45 minutes until someone showed up.

Slightly difficult initally trying to work out how to get into the building on arrival, luckily helpful lady in the next door flat told us what cafe they worked at and all sorted. The sound proofing in the room isn't great, had a few nights of noise (1st night girls singing loud karaoke, another night loud TV until 2am). Perhaps greater choice of pastries (bit like the Sunday breakfast token location)
