The place is great, the apartment we were given was recently refurbished as everything looked new. The location was very convenient, a short distance from the central station. Our host Roberto had been great, always available for any advice and anything else we needed (like leaving the backpacks for the day after checkout). I would highly recommend as the whole experience had been great.

The facility was perfectly placed for access to the main railway station and the airport bus transfer. There was no one "on duty" in the building, but Roberto worked hard via WhatsApp to provide answers to questions. The room was immaculately clean in a very modern style and was very comfortable. The immediate area is a little run down, but the accommodation is on the third floor and very private with no issues with noise at any time.

I felt better pre-arrival checks would have made our short stay better. For example there was no information in the room re WiFi, though Roberto reacted quickly when I WhatsApped him. A simple note in the room would have been more convenient for all. Likewise, there was no information regarding breakfast. Another WhatsApp reply assured me a voucher would be delivered to our room for breakfast in a local bar, but no voucher arrived and so we had to leave without breakfast. Again, this information should have been in the room for better convenience.

- Very nice and spacious room, the owner even gifted us a small Prosecco to celebrate the new year! - Friendly owner, he was always responsive through WhatsApp - Location is just a couple of streets away from the central train station - Although it is nearby the central train station, the street in which the B&B is located seemed to be safe

- Interestingly the bathroom had no soap. We anyways had our own but then it was taken from our room when the room was cleaned in the next day. We should have asked the owner about it. We ended up using the shampoos as replacement for soap during our stay ... :)

Roberto provided video instructions to guide me to the unit for self check -in and then he and Fabio waited for me to arrive. He provided instructions on how to navigate the public transit system to get around town and to popular sites. The neighborhood has a bit of a New York City grunge factor to it, but I felt safe walking alone. The best part was the availability of fresh fruits from local vendors right outside the door step and the access to transportation. Very clean and I would definitely stay again if ever back in the area. Grateful for the continental breakfast provided by a local eatery.

I wish the unit had its own iron or access to one in the main area. I had to call to get one, but my request was handled immediately. Initially I was a bit turned off by my first impression of the area, but it turned out to be a super convenient and safe environment.

Everything is renovated, new, it has all the necessary utilities, the room and the bathroom are very spacious, and a plus is the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and safe! You can reach your room by elevator. The host, Mr. Roberto will help you with anything you need, he will even give you a map with the main sights in Naples that should not be missed! thank you!! Everything was wonderful! I recommend with confidence.

Everything was as it should be!

Everything we needed was there: the bed was good and clean, the room was cleaned every day, the manager was friendly and helpful (but it helped a lot that one of us speaks Italian very well), the location is easy to reach from the station and close enough to the city center and to the metro station. There is an (antique but functioning) elevator to get you to the first floor with your luggage. The fridge worked well. There is an electric kettle. There is an airco. There are plenty of electrical sockets in the room, and even 5V usb plugs on both sides of the bed to charge a phone. The lighting was adequate. The bathroom is spacious and has a washing basin, a toilet, a bidet and a good shower (overhead fixed shower head + a hand held shower head). There's a super market just around the corner, and there are plenty of cheap restaurants near the station. Breakfast was in a bar nearby: you can choose a bready pastry (I chose a different one every day) and your favorite type of coffee.

The head plank of the bed would fall down on one side unexpectedly a few cm, startling me but not causing any inconvenience. There was just one chair in the room (but a second chair would not have fit anyway.) There is not a lot of cupboard space (two drawers and two planks: one quite low and the other quite high), but there were a lot of hangers to hang cloths on as well. We're smokers, and because we couldn't smoke inside we had to improvise an ashtray (plastic cup with water) on the balcony, and discreetly get rid of that every day. We had to improvise a way to keep the balcony door shut while we were out there smoking. When you walk home, especially at night, you will see some shady types hanging around the streets near the station.

The property is located in a very lived in, thriving, bustling, yet lovely area with shops. I love markets and there is a street market right in front of the property, yet we could not hear any noise from the market in our bedroom. On Palm Sunday, we went round the corner to a lovely pasticceria for breakfast and people watching, as they went to church Olive branch in hand. The property is well maintained and very clean, and I liked that it also had a fridge. Roberto, the owner, also responds to questions and any assistance one needed, he got us a good taxi driver to pick us up at 3.30am! Thank you Palazzo Ferrara, we will stay again! Grazie mille

Nothing.

The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the central station so it's really easy to reach it by bus from Naples Airport. It's also 20 minutes walking distance from the center where everything happens. The host Roberto was really kind and provided us with clear videos how to reach it, as well as lots of information regarding the city. The room was great, really high ceilings, great interior, really clean, neat and cozy. It had one king-sized bed and one small bed, bathroom and an easy way to control the temperature and light in the room. There was a cleaning person every day and they changed the towels so it was a premium experience. Infront of the building there's a street market every day except Sunday, so you can easily buy really fresh cheap fruits. The room has a common area before it which also has coffee machine, a sofa and lots of art and information about the city. We were pleasantly surprised and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have an amazing time in Naples.

The property is conventionally close to the station, making it ideal if you’re looking to venture to other parts of Naples or neighbouring areas. It was very clean and tidy. The only thing missing was hand soap, but aside from that, it had everything you needed. Naples was the first stop on our big Europe trip, so we were trying to find our bearings. Luca was so helpful, waiting for us to arrive, making us feel welcome as well as giving suggestions. He really enhanced the experience and for that, we are grateful. Has air con which is a bonus!

The room was a spacious double room with air-conditioning and a mini fridge. Very clean and comfortable. Likewise, the bathroom was clean and had a shower and bidet. The room also had an electric kettle and tea selection as well as a hairdryer. The housekeeping team were very good and our host Roberto was very helpful. The property is very close to the main train station, taxi hub and buses. There are good restaurants nearby and convenience stores.

It would have been nice to have access to a microwave and an iron. The food in Naples is amazing with very large portions and I would have loved to reheat my leftovers.
