The host is lovely and cleaned everyday. She is always there to support and help in anything we need. The place is very close to the train station and metro, which is great because you can go anywhere in a few minutes.

The bathroom installations weren't the best. They need to fix the shower, the flush of the toilet and the smell of pipes. The location around the B&B is not the most pleasant with a lot of trash and scary people walking around at night. I recommend going straight to the train station and take the metro to the spanish quarter or out of Napoli completely for a nicer experience.

Great location close to central railway station (with large food court including McDs and Burger King, and Garibaldi bus station. Clean, air conditioned room, satellite TV, hot water, bath and shower. Room had a large double bed and bunkbeds. Kitchen area had a shared fridge, kettle, coffee maker, utensils, microwave and fan. This is a typical old building for the area, so kind of quaint. Don't expect a modern hotel for this price. Owner and staff friendly and helpful. Supermarket nearby.

wasn't made aware of additional city fees in advance. As advertised, it is two stories up in an old building with no elevator, no problem for us, but possibly for those with large luggage. Showerscreen leaked terribly wetting bathroom and hallway floors. Advertised as a B & B but no breakfast served. Needed to ask for coffee pods every day, though teabags were available. No daily housekeeping but replacements given when requested. Nothing insurpassable.

Eugenio was very friendly and welcoming, giving us a brief introduction to the city, its attractions and its dining options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, even if they were slightly worn. The kitchen was free to use, and we regularly got food to-go and brought it back to eat. The location is just a 5 minute's walk from Napoli Centrale, and can be conveniently reached by both bus and the local train service.

The surrounding area around Cinquestelle is shady to say the least, and there are many homeless lying on the streets near the Napoli Centrale. The bunk beds can be a bit creaky, and the shower facilities may be old and require a bit of patience. If you can look past these points, the place is extremely worth the price.

A huge thank you to our hosts who were so welcoming and kindly helped us with a transport problem we had while arriving. The room was spacious and clean. The establishment is located a few minutes walk from the central station, which allows easy access to the interesting place outside the city while being close to the downtown of Napoli. We are very happy with our stay, a very good experience.

Location was perfect, 3 minute walk to the main train station garibaldi. There is a big supermarket , pharmacy and cafés nearby. u can open the window and look into the courtyard and talk to your neighbour it was a fun Napoli experience. Eugene is super helpful, friendly and also picked me up from the airport. lots of places can be done by foot nearby or a ticket from Garibaldo which cost 1.1€ for a single direction. there is also a common area and a small kitchen one can use which was really great. lots of hygiene products in the bathroom .

consider this as an upgrade from an hostel but in an amazing location.

We didn't stay in our originally booked location, but were moved to another property because of maintenance issues. Maria was so friendly and helpful getting us checked in. The location was very convienient to the Central Train Station.

The neighborhood is rough. Not the host's fault. Dirty, garbage everywhere on the streets. The shower head needed to be held the whole time using it. It would be nice to be able to hang it up while showering. The beds were comfortable but the bedding was quite old. I'd suggest update the bedding to newer more neutral colors.

The room was big enough. We had a terrace - it's small but still had a place to smoke. Four rooms had a shared kitchen with a large refrigerator and everything we needed - coffee machine, microwave, glasses, plates, etc. The hosts were very kind and responsive in guiding to various sites and giving advice on what to visit and how to get there. They also gave us a map of Naples.

Maria, the owner with her husband Eugenio, is amazing! Upon arrival, Maria provided us with a map and recommendations on where to visit, how to get there, and what to do! She was extremely accommodating in letting us drop our bags off early and having our room ready early as well. When we had to check out, she let us leave our bags at the property for the entire day. The air conditioning at the property works very well. Maria ended up driving us to the airport for a good price and at our desired time!

If you are a bigger person just be aware that the shower is a bit tight. The location outside the train station isn’t the safest - so just be careful when walking from there to the property.

Our host Maria was very kind and helpfull. The appartment is situated 5 minutes walk from Central station, Food Hall and supermarket. Besides room with a private bathroom, we have a fridge and microware on our disposal in shared kitchen.

The toilet was clogging. Our host tried to solve the problem, but it keep clogging, so we used the toilet as minimum as we need to.
