The hotel is near the Central Station of Naples. By foot you can visit all the important attractions. The room was big, clean and the hotel staff very friendly.

The fact that the room was with view on the main avenue. The noise is hard to take. But that's the napoletano spirit 🤣

I know Naples well and that's why I chose a hotel in this location, it's near to the station and metro and about 20 minutes walk from Forcella, the rooms were clean and well maintained the bed was comfortable and the room included a fridge and a safe, the lift is modern and worked fine, there was always someone at the reception. I would advise anyone to buy a weekly ticket that's good for the busses and metro at a price of only €12.50. Some say that the area is a bit scary but I had no bother at all, it adds to the character of the city.

The only thing that I could say I was disappointed with was that the roof terrace was closed when I was staying but it wasn't too important, but if my wife had been with me it would have been a problem, so before booking if this is something you need it would be advisable to phone the hotel and check.

Only 5 minutes' walk from Napoli CLE station, hooray I did not have to get a taxi! Reception welcoming, the bed comfortable, brilliant for a late arrival and early departure transit stop as was my case coming from Milano and going to Palermo. Nice entrance to the hotel the room exceeded my expectations for the price. I would stay there again for sure. A very pleasant surprise!

The room was a bit musty smelling upon accessing the room but did not notice as time went by. Could have had just one glass, even a disposable one in the room and even one small bottle of water. I was prepared in that I obtained bottled water from the station but needed a cup which I did not have. A bigger towel please.

It was close to the train station, bus stop, grocery and cafe. It also had a lift though it can comfortably accommodate only 2 persons. The room was kept clean on a daily basis. It was complete with towels and toiletries and the reception staff were cheerful and accommodating.

The traditional interiors made it look stuffy so you have to open the shutter windows to let in more light. No kettle or coffee/tea set in the room. There were also vagabonds (some even drunk) loitering outside the hotel that it gave a sense of being in an unsafe neighboorhood.

Good location with a nice, friendly staff. The room was perfect for me. Unfortunately, no restaurant or bar facilities, which surprised me a little, but would not stop me from staying at the Eden Hotel again.

Everything was absolutely fine for me. As previously said the food and beverage facilities are usually expected of a hotel.

The room is big little toilet is okay, the cottons on the door need to be changed because they are old overall everything is okay

The environment it’s okay the shop around you don’t need to travel far from shopping, I would like if they can be given breakfast in the morning

The location is highly friendly from the commuting point of view. Personnel was of a very nice concierge service and I gladly follow their advices for some good restaurants in town. Nearby is the Garibaldi station, restaurants, supermarkets, coffees and bakery. I recommend, for the city break and not only !

It was a bit cold until the heat started.

No breakfast available in the hotel, no kettle in the room

Location and price were great! The old-school feel was super adorable and cozy.

The bathtub shower door on one of the rooms didn't work so the bathroom floored everytime you took a shower. The main concern was the breaker blowing when we plugged in both phones and had the heater running. We had to alternate phone charging otherwise the power was out for the whole floor.

The place is not bad ony that atleast you need to provide some kettle for boiling the water , glasses and disposable spoon fork . If it will happen that a person will got sick we can find nothing.

The location and the streets are very dirty
