LHP Napoli Palace & SPA

A quality hotel in a good area, the food is great and the location is close to the markets and about 12 minutes from the airport. I arrived at the hotel through booking and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the wonderful staff (who helped me get to the best restaurants, special observation points and it's so fun to talk with them, there's always a good atmosphere). On my last day I had a flight in the evening and check out was until 11:00 am, Anna (from the staff) offered to keep things until I needed to go, spend time in the pool and even access to their crazy spa and at no extra charge, amazing people! I will definitely return to this hotel again!! Thanks to the great team and especially Anna

We booked 2 rooms and stayed there for 4 nights in September. The rooms are large, with good air conditioning, have a mini bar, coffee maker and telephone - which helped us to communicate between the rooms. The bed is big but the pillows are very hard. Nice bathroom but very poor toiletries, we ran out of soap for the last 2 days and no more was provided. There is an underground parking, but it costs 30 Euros per night. There are parking spaces around the hotel, so there is no need to use them. This is how we proceeded and we had no problems. The hotel has a rooftop bar and pool, but the water was very cold

The breakfast is poor for 5 stars and the service very slow, several times we had to wait for the plates to be refilled (especially for the omelette) we also waited a very long time for coffee which was awful. A bad coffee is absolutely unforgivable in Italy, even more so in a 5 star hotel. Sweets probably bought from the store, of poor quality, nothing homemade. Access to the SPA wellness center is not free, it costs an additional 35 euros each The location is far from the city center and the metro station is closed for renovations, so you have to use other transport options. There is a train station that can be used during the day to get to the city center, but it closes at 10pm so it's inconvenient for going out in the evening.

- Very comfortable bed, modern furnishing - Decently sized room - Spectecular SPA and wellness area - Very friendly staff - Located closely to train and metro stations and not too far away from the stadium - Excellent breakfast (but a little expensive) - Fast internet and sufficient number of international TV channels

- Traffic during rush hour was crazy / access difficult even though it is on a larger road - Not a central location - Many facilities (pool and bar on the top floor) were still closed and only open in spring

We loved everything. We stayed in a suite with a terrace, with a jacuzzi. It was a beautiful room. The bed was very comfortable. The rooftop pool with a bar close by was a great touch. There was also a spa/sauna unfortunately we did not take advantage because we spent most of the night at a restaurant called George. The entire staff was accommodating and very friendly. I loved that the staff would approach us everywhere and make sure we are doing well and taken care of. We liked that the hotel also had valet service and the breakfast included was also great.

The only thing I didn't like, and it had nothing to do with the actual service or hotel ..... was that the showers are a horrible design and water would get everywhere. I felt horrible that the water would leak around the door whenever we opened to get out. I asked for extra towels though to soak it all up.

Absolutely fabulous, stylish and wonderful hotel that I wish we could have spent more time in. The interior design and quality of the furniture is stunning, the rooms are nice and airy and there is a great pool and bar on the top floor. We unfortunately only stayed for one short night but wish we had a few more days to try the spa, the restaurant for dinner and spend more time on the top floor. The staff were perfect throughout and it was one of the best hotel stays of 2022/2023 that we had... Could not recommend highly enough, and hope to return soon!

We should have stayed longer...

The hotel was really nice, the room was very clean, nicely decorated and modern. The space was good. The location was no too bad, the metro station was a walking distance about 2 blocks from the hotel and 20 min from Naples Central Station. The staff very helpful and kind. I loved the breakfast too and the staff. The Spa was nice, no too big but very clean and had everything, mainly.

The pillows too hard. everything else was really nice, super clean, nice view, fresh. Sometimes staff was missing in the spa area.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. The room was a good size, bathroom very plush, Bed was very comfortable and sizeable. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Staff were as helpful as they could be and arranged a boxed breakfast for us as we were leaving very early in the morning. Had complimentary drinks on arrival and could have used the spa facilities if we had time.

The room was far too hot, had to move rooms due to the first being 26 degrees and no way of turning the air con on. second room was 22 degrees which rose to 24.5 as soon as we got in. We were asked to open the window as they hadn’t sorted the air con from its winter setting and it was controlled by reception. we were not the only residents to have an issue. It got very hot during the night and when I opened to balcony door an horrendous smell of sulphur filled the room, it was so vile I was nearly vomited, we had to shut the door and put up with the heat. fortunately for us we had to leave at 4.30am to catch a flight, so we didn’t have to suffer it for long.

Hi! Yeah the breakfast was good. The staff at the reception, the house keeping and waiters where all happy to see us, which al together has created a lovely atmosphere for our stay. We were happy to have the room which was not looking at main road, so we could enjoy our sleep perfectly. P.S.: We got room 404, but we couldn't find any errors :D

Had a quick 1 night stay in transit on our way back from the Amalfi coast. We got upgraded so the room was very spacious and clean. We got to use the spa for free for an hour which was great. Location seemed decent we walked to dinner and got to the airport in the morning in less than half an hour. Would stay again.

There was a lady at check in who was fabulous but at check out we had a gentleman who was not very friendly or hospitable. It was a sour experience after a nice stay.

This hotel is brand new and very stylish contemporary. Absolutely clean and shiny with all the amenities. Comfortable and a nice relaxation after being three days in the old town of Napoli. The pool and massage were a bliss. The staff is really doing well done job. Arising star.

Overpriced everything that is not included. Spa, food, minibar, bar at the pool…. Positano was cheeper, mind. This is a suburban area of Napoli. However, a great day.
