What a truly wonderful place! The location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of the city. It made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The accommodations were spotless and felt very safe, which really put my mind at ease. I loved that there were plenty of charming cafes nearby, making it easy to grab a coffee or a bite to eat. The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a delightful experience!

Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like! Everything about my stay was fantastic, from the welcoming atmosphere to the excellent amenities. I truly enjoyed every moment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Perfect location in the middle of the touristic historical centre. Despite being in a very busy area, the room is very quiet, for a great night sleep. Very clean and spacious accommodation. Some breakfast snacks and drinks provided in the room. Despite not speaking English (but we all manage with translating apps), Lucia was very friendly, responsive and helpful with all queries.

For breakfast you get a coupon to use in the cafe downstairs. Very lovely but quite light if you need a full breakfast, you'll need to get something else. You can hear the mini fridge noise in the room, which isn't too loud, but if you're a light sleeper you might need to pack earplugs.

- i had an outstanding experience at this wonderful place i was warmly welcomed by the owner at check-in and my lovely room was super clean and ready( I arrived after midnight) . Every service was outstanding. The room was very authentic and beautiful with comfortable beds. I’m so sad that we were only there for a very short time and hope to be back soon. The location is extremely good for exploring the city and public transport is nearby

Great location in the heart of the historical center. The owner was very helpful and kind. The rooms are on the 3th floor, and she carried my suitcase up the stairs - which certainly wasn't an easy task! The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated also the cleanliness and the authenticity of the place.

RIcardo and Vincenzo met us and were very helpful and followed up on our queries very quickly. They gave us lots of useful information. Breakfast across the road was nice to see the world go by and the staff were very nice to us.

The room is on the third floor and there is no lift. So difficult if you had a heavy case but we didnt. Security measures were quite onerous for us but due to the central location in Naples, perhaps it was deemed necessary.

Bathroom is outside...basically an extension built on the balcony...and unfortunately like a lot of Italian places I have stayed the breakfast is at a cafe nearby...who seem to resent your voucher !!

Fabulous location. I was able to walk to all of the popular tourist spots such as the castle, palace, opera house, underground Roman ruins etc. The hotel was clean, well furnished with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Breakfast coupon for a cafe right across the street with a delicious selection of breakfast pastries and good coffee,( of course!). Friendly, helpful staff.

Initially, very difficult to find because there is no external signage. Had to take luggage up to the fourth level. Building foyer on ground floor is very run down and dirty. Found the door key to my room difficult to operate.
