Good communication and friendly staff. Location is great at the centre of the old town. Facilities on the upper floor looked quite good including kitchen and toilets. Overall satisfied.

The room wasn't ready upon arrival but especially the bad thing was finding plumbing issues in the mixed dormitory. Shower and toilet area require some maintenance to prevent floods.

It was my second time in this hostel, the first one was in 2023. I recommend it, a small cute hostel and it is located in a very safe touristic area in the city center "Spaccanapoli" and the staff is awesomeeeeeeee. Amo i Napoletani. Of course I will go there again. ♥♥

I stayed for about 3 weeks, I was very pleased. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, they tried to help with everything. The hostel was very clean. The location is very good, walking distance to everywhere.

The location was excellent, it’s just a short walk from good stores and restaurants, which had nice music playing in the street. It’s also not far from a metro station so it’s easy to get around. There was also a standing fan in my room, which was very good on the warmer nights.

There wasn’t an elevator, so getting your luggage up to your room can be a bit tiring. But otherwise the facilities were good.

Great location in the old Naples. Staff is very nice and friendly. Free wifi Breakfast with a coupon or voucher for 2.5 eur allows one pastry and coffee. Easy access. I would recommend it. Private bathroom in a shared female room.

The room was very hot. First room after reception on the left. I would have appreciated it if they added a charging socket near the solo bed. Building is very old, stairs are quite high, might need help for heavy luggages.

My 10 is for the good intention they have in improving, the kindness of the receptionists is wonderful, the boys are handsome and fun, the owner has the good intentions of doing the best,The comfortable beds according to the price, very good cleaning, it is a hostel to sleep in Napoli.

It was a nice hostel, the room was nice and the bathroom too. The staff was very accommodating and the hostel was cute.

It was a bit hard to find and it's not a great location. The beds don't have curtains and you were directly looking as the bed across from you.

Excellent location, in the middle of the historical center, in a quiet area. I had room no 1, with my own bathroom on the ground floor where there is also a small table and a chair. Bare in mind that you have to climb on a spiral staircase to go to bed. You have to be fit and slim to climb on that. Near the bed, you will find sockets and a small window. The bed is comfortable and suitable for 2 persons. There was hot water in the shower all the time, with excellent pressure. The heat was on, so cozy during the night, even if I let the window largely open every day. No bad smell, not even from the kitchen or from the toilets. No noise during the night or in the morning. Everybody was very nice, I've received a lot of clever advice from the reception, they treated me like family and made me feel safe and welcomed.

In my room, the floor was not clean. The bathroom could be cleaner. I strongly advise you to bring your own slippers. Bear in mind that the towels are not included. You either bring your own or you have to pay 5 euro.

Staff is really very nice and helpful , hostel rooms and washrooms are very clean and also good vibe , dormitories room are little small but overall good experience

Location is little bit away from center and its like very old building

I have reviewed the property before and gave it a good score. it has since improved with little things being made better. the key to the building front door is now simple to operate. the bathrooms are clean and my triple room (I booked a double) was perfect. remember this is a hostel and not a five star hotel and you get more than what you pay for which is very little :). the location cannot be better.

the lighting in the room and kitchen could be improved.
