Good location, nice room, nice bathroom, comfy bed, relatively quiet at night

I never saw anyone who worked here, so it seemed more like an AirBnB than a hotel. I was texting the owners and asked for help booking a taxi at 4am to the airport (I'm very Italy travel savvy, but it's Naples, after all - I wanted to be extra careful) and I was told to call a taxi company rather than getting their help in doing so. It turned out to be fine (I requested a taxi in Italian and it arrived on time), but I would have liked more service from the staff. Also, the elevator button situation was a bit tricky, but that was compounded by my travel exhaustion.

The location is excellent, just a few meters from the Duomo and the historical center of Naples. When you arrive you face a large central patio of the building passing a big, tall door and you may think you have arrived to the wrong place, but do not worry there is a lift in the patio (on the right) that takes you to the "palazzo de la loggia" on the top floor (best to use the lift rather than the stairs). Alice from Sicily was the host who welcomed us. We arrived a bit earlier than regular check-in time and our room was ready. She was extremely helpful and offered all kinds of indications (e.g. where to eat pizza, how to reach the historic center, the archaeological Museum, etc.). All really great suggestions! Important to keep in mind is that all Museums are closed on Tuesdays in Naples. Thank you, Alice! In the morning, we also met Alberto very briefly when we were leaving. He was also very kind and made sure all was OK. The room was fine for our short stay. It is on the top floor of an old remodeled building and we had our own private bathroom. I only briefly enjoy sitting on the roof garden, very nice spot (but some plants need some attention :). In short, we found a safe, quiet place away from the noisy streets. We had no unexpected issue.

The only point worth to mention is that breakfast starts quite late (at least for travelers!). We had to leave to take our flight just before the time of breakfast (served from 8.30 to 10.30 a.m.). It was not a big deal and we were kindly offered some instant coffee and some packed cookies and yoghurt to take with us. It was sufficient, but I would have loved a real expresso and some local fresh pastries...just an idea as I love good coffee and Napolitan sweets! As a suggestion, may be the host can start serving a bit earlier breakfast (or at least adjust the time if requested by the clients).

We stayed for only 1 overnight , but couldn’t found a better place. They welcomed us so warmly, we checked-in earlier, but could leave our luggages there, while we made a walk in the historic district. Really loved the atmosphere, the streets around, it was a great spot to discover the heart of Naples. Our room was big enough for a family with 2 kids, it was clean and with air conditioned. The breakfast was lovely as well, not expected from a B&B such a good selection of foodies!

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The location also excellent within walkable distance of the most important spots to visit and metro station. Nice fresh breakfast each day with cappuccinos.Special thanks to Andela who was very very kind and willing to help us providing directions for the city.

The only negative was that our room's door didn't lock properly. However there are three other doors to get into the building.

Great location, nice cool room with air conditioning, good breakfast.

I was disappointed that if I wanted to check in after 2pm I had to do self check in. They sent me two videos and you had to watch carefully to work out each stage of collecting keys, working the loft, long dark corridors etc. I found it hard to turn one key and then the whole corridor went dark as the light timer ran out. So arrive before two, or be prepared to work things out.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful when it comes to hospitality. I'd like to give a shout-out to Anto, who greeted us on our first day, basically giving us the run down of the place, though maybe he could of giving us a little more information he still done a great job. Hats off to Mr Alex he was very friendly and seemed like he would go to the ends of the earth to make sure we were looked after. All in all, I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful B&B it's in great location, only 10 minutes walk from most forms of transport and ticket offices for those who are looking to do some tours. When we return, there will be 3, so keep the baby seat on stand-by 😉

The location is centrally located with all shops surrounded. It was so easy to get to many attractions on foot. Thou its hustle and bustle outside, the rooms were very quiet and I didn't hear any of the road noise. The rooms were in excellent condition. Neat, lovely and spot on! The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was served, and everyone had all they needed to start their day. They have served some gluten- and dairy-free items for those who have allergies, which is super sweet of them!

Cant think of any!

Our host Alex was super nice and helpful. In general, the service was fantastic! Location was ideal for walking around historic center. The common dining room was nicely decorated and charming. There were freshly baked chocolate croissants in the morning. The bed was super comfortable.

Complicated measures to get to our room. We booked a room with a sleeping loft, which was a pain to get to the bathroom at night. The room was quite small and we couldn't spread out our bags. The bathroom sink was not practical because of its design. For those who want to stay in the historic center, this is a great place to book your stay....just book a different room for comfort.

The staff was very kind and serving, the room( Positano ) was very nice, clean and comfortable. We also had a private porch and it was very nice and calming to sit there at nights

The first thing that wasn't so good, is that there was a bad smell in the bathroom from humidity and because it was closed. But if you leave the door open for some hours it will be ok. The second thing is that our mattress was veeery soft. But this is a personal preference

The hosts gave well detailed instructions on how to enter the property and responded quickly when we let them know the lift remote was missing(we walked up). The room was clean and they gave us the option to self serve ourselves breakfast because we were checking out early. The location is in the city center and was a bit noisy with the window opened but earplugs helped.

The building was multipurpose and became kind of a car park in the evening, everyone was friendly but it was a bit disconcerting at first. Also, the other guests kept leaving the main door into the apartments open, which did not feel very secure.
