Location of the property is so close to the shopping street, the Napoli port and to Napoli Centrale. The property itself was so nice and clean. Had no trouble communicating with them before and during our stay. Loads of restaurants and mini markets nearly buy. Everything was walking distance from the property.

In front of the property were bars, one which I believe was a night club. You can hear the music and beats so Loud in the room. This is the only thing that disturbed us as we are not ones to be out all night.

Perfect location near public transport and touristic spots. Private bathroom and separate large kitchen with coffeemaker, a lot of cups and kettle. Welcome snacks were nice. When outside was +36C inside apartment was comfortable even without air condition turn on (but if you need it - it is in apartment and worked well).

Bedroom without window. Building without elevator - was not easy to lift on the last floor with all our luggage. Entrance in the building terrible and at first it shocking, but inside apartment everything very good.

Good location, very friendly staff

There were no cupboard with shelfs in the room. Bathroom was private, but in the opposite, not in the room. There were mold everywere in the bathroom and shower is very tiny Though location is good, it is also in the middle of a bar area, so weekends are very crowded. Sound isolation of room is poor, so in these nights it is hard to sleep.

The host was very accommodating, letting us leave our luggage at the b&b in the morning of our check in so we could go for our day trip.

Breakfast is included in the price, but you only get sugary, unhealthy options. There is a nice breakfast area though, we brought our own food and ate it there

Location is right at the historical center within walking distance of many sights. Room was clean. Price was good for the location and even though when we booked we missed to add our 2yo daughter to the reservation, the host didn’t mind.

Breakfast isn’t exactly a breakfast but a counter of junk food and some yogurt in the fridge. I wouldn’t promote it like this. Bed was not comfortable as it was sinking in the middle. the bathroom drain was clogged and it was leaking.

The host here was amazing and very helpful. The room and bathroom look nice and the bed is confortable. The location is fine, you can walk to the city centre, trainstation or busstops in around 15 minutes. Good value for the money.

Good comfort, clean rooms and toilets, very communicative and helpful landlord, great location for visiting Napoli, good breakfasts.

It is quite hard to find the place for the first time

Location is unbelievable, host is so welcoming. Breakfast offers a lot of choice including proper Italian caffe. Clean towels, bedding and room.

The shower cabin was a bit small. There are lively bars nearby so I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re easily awaken.

Vincenzo helped us with everything we wanted, told us about interesting places around us and good restaurants. The place is in the middle of the city and we could get anywhere by foot. The rooms were very clean.

Host was very nice, bed was comfortable and apartment was clean.

We had paid for the courtyard but didn’t have any easy access to it.
