Location was nice, right by a main piazza, ten minute walk from a taxi rank, 15 minutes to nearest underground station. Room was light and airy, self check in due to covid and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful in providing information before we got the on how to get in and checking things were ok once we were in. Not that it is the apartments fault, but it is on the third floor so if you have access issues then it won't work for you, however this is how most of the buildings were that we passed while walking around. It is also a little out of the way of the main transport links if you are going to Pompeii or to and from the airport as they all seem to go to a different piazza. None of these things are impossible to get around, but worth noting if you aren't a fan of walking or have small children with you.

Although it is located very close to many touristic interests it is very quiet, which I believe in that area is a rarity. Also cleanliness was a great asset. Easy self-check in. Host was understanding with me making a mistake at booking and only booking for one instead of 2.

We were given other room than the one we saw in the pictures, one that had no windows. Although the room was fairly ok, we would have appreciated if we would have been noticed ahead that we would not get the bigger room with large windows that we booked&liked. Breakfast consisted of too many sugary sweets.

It’s in the heart of Naples, among locals, it’s so calm and great to stay in this place, the host is really respectful, helpful and friendly. These days it’s extremely hot in Naples, but the air conditioning works well, it’s really nice, great breakfast is a plus

Incredibly clean and spacious. Air conditioning was modern and effective. Toiletries and breakfast provided free of charge. Despite not seeing host in the flesh they were very responsive on WhatsApp and ensured I checked in safely. I also really enjoyed the location, felt like I was right in the heart of the old town. It’s very close to many attractions, the port and transport connections.

Usually I'm traveling very modestly, so I was very excited to find such luxury in such a price: for me it was like a palace, very big room, very nicely set with a very good taste, with refreshments in the room and in the common area. And, Carmen brings fresh pastries in the morning, in addition! Not to mention the coffee machine, and the treats in the fridge. And all that, in the heart of old Napoli, sorounded with everything the city offers. Bus is not that close to the place, so I walked for 15 minutes. But, hey, one day they will maybe finish building the metro station right In the middle of the neighborhood, And it will be perfect! Recommended!

It was in a great location close to everywhere we wanted to go. I love the cute narrow streets and the room was lovely and a good size. All the staff were lovely. Carmen the owner went above and beyond. It was my boyfriends 30th birthday and I asked if I could order cakes to the room and she not only let me but ordered them for me and decorate the whole room and prosecco. She kept in contact with me and I could message her at anytime, she was so helpful and friendly and she ordered our taxi for us back to the airport. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

100% recommendable. Bedroom size was good and the bathroom big. I had small fridge, also dishes and clutery inside which were useful. Cleaning was done every day and the communication with Carmen, the manager, was smooth and clear. She was attentive to all our requests. It was located in a local typical neighborhood from downtown with narrow streets and the true napolitan spirit. It's close to plaza Plebiscito and quartieri spagnolo (Spanish neighborhood). Again, you won't regret. Delicious croissants for breakfast too :)

The host is super amazing. Since I had to check in myself she sent me all the detailed information the day before and made sure I checked in on the day. It was my first time travelling alone and she assisted in such a smooth process. Breakfast was left in the room with a fresh croissant in the lobby in the morning. The bed was really comfortable, the room very spacious and super clean.

The room is on the third floor without a lift.
