The staff were so, so helpful, kind, and welcoming. A special mention goes to Pepe. Although his English was limited, he was so expressive and informative. With my limited Italian, we understood his suggestions, such as restaurants and areas to visit. Terrific selection of breakfast and very clean, comfortable rooms. We would highly recommend a stay here if you visit Napoli, what a city!!!

The only thing and it is a small thing is that the property sits atop of a hill which whilst fine for us, it may be difficult for people with mobility issues when on foot. This wasn't a real issue for us apart from when we were carrying our luggage.

Jacuzzi Bath was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Really good value for money, modern decor and great shower/bathroom. Even had beer and wine available from fridge for very reasonable prices, we didn't bother buying from a shop as it was only 10 Euro's a bottle. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. Close to town too.

We went in May which is usually dry and sunny but this time it rained the entire time - Not the fault of the facility of course but it did reduce the enjoyment a little. Nothing else to dislike really!

Excellent location, close to the center and the marina area. Excellent host, hospitality, promptitude and great communication. Very clean and private, provides all conditions for a nice stay, either short or holiday. Good breakfast. Terrace included, which is great if you want to have a quiet moment or a glass of wine outdoors. Collaboration with a private parking, really close to the suites, which is a very big plus in a very crowded city like Napoli. It has all you prefer for all needs, either you travel for business or leisure/tourism.

we booked this B&B spontaneously for a trip to italy and were thrilled from the first moment! The owner was very friendly and helped us with our arrival via Whats-App as it was a bit difficult to find. Everyone was very friendly and we felt very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, we had our own roof terrace and the location is perfect for walking to the centre of town. We would come back again and again!

We were there for 10 days in this incredible city. we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. We were lucky to find it on the heart of Naples. You find the real Naples there just around the corner with the original part of the city. The accommodation had the best bed, internet as well, very good bathroom and efficient air conditioner. Besides, a great service run by one family who invest love in what they are doing and they know what they are doing indeed. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Naples. I definitely have found a place to stay every time I visit this amazing city.

Really nice room with a modern bathroom, fridge, climatisation and an incredible shower! The staff was amazing, helpful. We needed to leave early in the morning and couldn't eat our breakfast there. They prepared us one to take away. We arrived there early the first day and could leave our luggage there before taking the room. A toilet is in the hall, very useful. The only "bad" point was the quality of the isolation. We were lucky that the clients sleeping in the room next to ours were quiet because we could hear everything happening in the corridors. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole accommodation was clean and tidy. The honesty drinks fridge was a lovely touch. Breakfast was nice, but would have preferred to have been able to help myself to bits as I wanted them.

The walls between rooms are a bit thin, so you can easily hear the taps, showers and toilets being flushed, which woke us at night. The suites are tucked away up small street, on the ground floor of an apartment building, but taxi drivers have no problem finding it.

As someone who has stayed at countless hotels, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The service was impeccable- from easily booking our morning taxi (who showed up 15 min early! How fab!) to leaving us breakfast in our room because of an early start, to the ultra comfortable and clean room and big spotless bathroom with great water pressure..I have nothing negative to say. There is also a great common terrace and the location was perfect - such a great place to stay in Naples. We’ll be back!

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent service. The B&B is located in a very authentic part of Napoli that had quick access to great local restaurants and even the metro. Everyone including locals were friendly and helpful! Ps. Pepe is the best!

People in neighbouring rooms and outside are quite audible when in the room - so if you’re a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs!

The staff was very friendly and willing to help at anytime. I checked in late and they were continuously reachable via WhatsApp. The breakfast was so amazing. I felt like at home.
