Amazingly convenient location in the historic center, 5 minutes from two metro stations. Friendly staff. Practically absolute cleanliness in the room and daily quality cleaning. Amazing atmosphere and ambiance of Naples. Huge window with balcony overlooking a busy street and at the same time silence in the room. Brilliant combination of price and quality.

It would be nice to have an iron, a working stove and at least some dishes;)

The location is at the heart of city. It allows you to go around the the city on foot all day long. And amazing staff. Super-supportive manager Nishan. They guided us well for sightseeing and transport. They even arranged Taxi for airport early morning so we did not have to bother about it.

Nothing absolutely. As long as you can survive on Neapolitan food in cafes around the place which are many. You are going to enjoy the stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned beautifully each day. Hotel location right in the middle of an interesting street. Very little noise. Copious supplies of hot water - shower pressure great. Air con worked well. Great bonus to find there was a free taxi ride from the airport. Via Chiaia is 'pedestrianised' (if you believe that you don't know Italy!) and very easy to get a taxi from the piazza at the western end of the street.

'Bathroom' a bit small with tiny sink and a toilet wedged in between a wall and the shower cubicle, and frankly designed for the dimensions of someone half my size (and I mean 'fore and aft', not just 'side to side'). The armchair in the room was a little low, and the room could have done with a desk, although I was offered one when I mentioned it - but I was able to do the necessary work in reception (it only took a half hour).

Comfortable beds, spacious room and good options for storage space. Had mini fridge and kitchen though you need to have your own plates or small vessels if you want to cook something. Central location to important sites like castles, port and shopping streets. Hotel present on busy Chiaia street, we requested for quiet room, therefore we were non street facing room. Plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity.

Room bit stuffy and feels suffocated when you just enter and have to let some time till air conditioning takes effect.

The staff at this property were amazing. They made my stay at this property so easy, everything I requested from them was attended to. If you have a chance to stay in Naples and want a place that’s accessible to Toledo and it’s surroundings this is the place to stay.

the TV program has a bad reception, I couldn't watch the World Cup in football (it wasn't matter to me otherwise) The stuff was very willing to help, but they didn't find solution

only issue we had was there is only one key for a quad room - we were 4 adults (sisters sharing) Reception closes 11pm so nobody to let you in after, we all had to return together as only the one key. fine for a family maybe but not adults. system wouldn't allow another key card to be issued,

Great location, friendly staff.

Shower was too small, could only wash top half of body. Towels could be changed more often. No toilets to use downstairs for guests.

Excellent hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great, within walking distance from everything and near lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Overall great experience and would definitely return!

The location, the room, and the staff were the best. We had a very pleasant stay. We had the pleasure of Nishan as a receptionist and he was really skilled, knowledgeable and understanding. Biggest recommendations from here.
