The hotel was excellent. The view from our room was wonderful to the Vesuv. The receptions are very helpful and kind. Maurizio and Francesca especially. The driver, Mauro was a good driver, gave us free shuttle. The rooftop is perfect, nice view, and very cozy.

The hotel is in Chinese working area. Very dirty area. Other thing the wellness is a bit expensive for 2 hours 35€/peron. The toproof restaurant very nice. The only bad thing is there is no pizza. We didn't like the food in the restaurant.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of choice at breakfast. The trip up Vesuvius is great and starts just a 20min walk from the hotel. In an industrial area but there was no issue with that even at night.

The free shuttle bus was rarely running as the schedule changed twice while we were there for 4 nights and the times weren't practical. A taxi into town was €20 one way and although the train is only €1.50 per person the trains/metro are not that frequent (especially coming back at night) and the 12 minute walk can be a bit of a drag after a days sight seeing. That said if you have lots of energy for walking it isn't a problem.

I would give a 5/5 star for the service we received at the Hotel. The entire team was extremely helpful and friendly. We discovered that they offer a free shuttle service that take you to city center of Napoli. The driver, Mauro, a local Italian from Napoli, was a very professional and friendly person, he gave us a lot of tips and recommendations on what to do in the city and I totally recommend you try the shuttle just to speak with this guy. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general is top-notch.

Location was a bit far as it is an industrial zone, however the hotel offers free shuttle service to make it up for the location, so overall it was fine.

The hotel is beautiful inside and I had a gorgeous room with excellent facilities. The room was very comfortable and clean and serviced every day which I didn't expect so that was a nice surprise.

The location isn't great so you need to be prepared to travel. I was informed by the hotel that they had a contract with a taxi company but they were useless and did not respond to my communications. Also, I had requested a taxi to the airport the day before my flight home but this was not organised and I had to ask again on the morning of departure. I asked if I could pay by card, was informed by the receptionist that this would not be a problem but the taxi driver was not happy and charged me extra! Also, there was a lot of noise in the corridor outside my room at night.

The reception was welcoming and allowed us to check in to our room very early which was a huge help. The bellman was very helpful. The room was very stylish and comfortable.

The top floor restaurant was very nice, but the food was not good and some items overpriced. We had lunch that was expensive and not good. We went for dinner at the lounge and there is no pizza on the menu, but you can get it from room service. The lasagna was good though. I think being a travelers type hotel they should have a more varied menu with more options of well-priced normal dishes. Pasta, pizza, sandwiches, etc.

An incredible hotel, with exceptional staff. Warm welcome, lots of helpful information. The Wellness Spa is an absolutely wonderful facility -a perfect treat at the end of a day in Naples. Spacious rooms, and extremely comfortable beds. The restaurant is lively and food excellent, as are the cocktails. Superb selection for breakfast too. We had a really great stay.

We were disappointed on our first night to discover that the rooftop restaurant was not available due to an event -dinner was offered in the breakfast room, however it was very much lacking in comfort and atmosphere. We would have appreciated knowing this beforehand so that we could have made other arrangements. The hotels location is in an Industrial area away from the city centre (which we were aware of !) However, this makes planning a lot more important for a couple of non-Italian speaking tourists visiting Naples for the first time ! However, this was a minor low over a great 3 day stay full of luxury and relaxation. We would love to return

The property is a high level hotel. The rooms are very nicely equipped, having a large TV and also a comfortable large double bed. Although the hotel is not centrally located they offer a free shuttle to and from Naples city center. Mauro, the driver is very helpful with tourists, offering his local knowledge of the history of Naples and places of interest. He is also a very gentle person, like all the other employees,including reception staff, chambermaids and waiters. My next visit to Naples will definitely be at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel.

Nothing - All perfect

The hotel is a bit away from the common path but no complains as they have a shuttle bus that helps customers reach city. Hotel is neat and clean and our room was spacious. Amazing staff - extremely courteous and helpful as well as always smiling. All facilities were well provided except for milk , which I still wonder why it wasn't provided. Breakfast and dinner - absolutely delicious and yummy. Room was clean and all amenities and toiletries were well provided. Special mention of Laura who works with Gold Tower and is a star. Made our check-in process comfortable and fun. Mavro , who drives the shuttle bus , is a delight. Good communicator and extremely helpful.

Nothing significant that I will highlight as a problem with the hotel , staff, food or amenities.

This is a fabulous hotel, 👌 The staff are absolutely amazing, and great service all around. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and beautiful. They have a free shuttle service into the city, so u dont feel stuck. Mauro, the shuttle driver, is a great ambassador for the hotel and for the city.He is such a fabulous human being who has a passion for what he does. The hotel has a stunning rooftop restaurant, but unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. We ordered salmon steak for dinner, and it was overcooked, dry, and the skin tasted like charcoal. The salad looked like an afterthought that was just placed there. Shreds of lettuce and overripe slices of tomato. I was so disappointed. The chef can really do better with non typical Italian dishes.

I think it will be very difficult to find a better hotel than this hotel and its facilities in Naples. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and equipped. The hotel environment and room is very clean and modern. The hotel has two bars and a good restaurant. The breakfast is also excellent and is compatible with different tastes. As a frequent Traveller, I fully recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is not very pleasant, but there are one or two restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It's a choice to have a great hotel in a remote location or go to a regular hotel in a nice area of ​​town. Since I used to commute by taxi, I preferred to come to a great hotel like this, otherwise it takes a little time to go to the hotel by subway.
