I think it will be very difficult to find a better hotel than this hotel and its facilities in Naples. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and equipped. The hotel environment and room is very clean and modern. The hotel has two bars and a good restaurant. The breakfast is also excellent and is compatible with different tastes. As a frequent Traveller, I fully recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is not very pleasant, but there are one or two restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It's a choice to have a great hotel in a remote location or go to a regular hotel in a nice area of ​​town. Since I used to commute by taxi, I preferred to come to a great hotel like this, otherwise it takes a little time to go to the hotel by subway.

The hotel is a bit away from the common path but no complains as they have a shuttle bus that helps customers reach city. Hotel is neat and clean and our room was spacious. Amazing staff - extremely courteous and helpful as well as always smiling. All facilities were well provided except for milk , which I still wonder why it wasn't provided. Breakfast and dinner - absolutely delicious and yummy. Room was clean and all amenities and toiletries were well provided. Special mention of Laura who works with Gold Tower and is a star. Made our check-in process comfortable and fun. Mavro , who drives the shuttle bus , is a delight. Good communicator and extremely helpful.

This is a fabulous hotel, 👌 The staff are absolutely amazing, and great service all around. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and beautiful. They have a free shuttle service into the city, so u dont feel stuck. Mauro, the shuttle driver, is a great ambassador for the hotel and for the city.He is such a fabulous human being who has a passion for what he does. Thank you, Mauro, for sharing your knowledge with us and making us feel welcome .

The hotel has a stunning rooftop restaurant, but unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. We ordered salmon steak for dinner, and it was overcooked, dry, and the skin tasted like charcoal. The salad looked like an afterthought that was just placed there. Shreds of lettuce and overripe slices of tomato. I was so disappointed. The chef can really do better with non typical Italian dishes.

A wonderful stay at a fairly new property. Very well decorated in a modern theme, the floor to ceiling windows in the room are awesome! Shower was top notch, all was very clean. Our safe battery was low, and that was corrected very promptly, and worked perfectly after the battery change. The Vesuvius Garden ( off the 1st floor) should not be missed, we very much enjoyed evening drinks out there. The roof top restaurant was very good, food and service wise, and the views are spectacular. A top notch stay, we felt pampered during our stay. Shuttle service to and from city center is a nice touch. Please visit the cafe just across the road, it is kind of hidden, but well worth the visit, we didn't try it until our last day, and that's disappointing, it is very nice!

Our second stay for only a day - a detour on way back home. It was good to see Gold Tower offer us top notch service, neat and clean room with all amenities and delicious food. To top it all we once again met extremely helpful and always smiling staff of Gold Tower. A special mention for Fenerica (hope I haven't made a mistake in her name spell, apologies if I have). She helped us with an easy check out at 6 am and organised a cab to airport in no time and had a consistent smile on her face. Another mention for Mauro who manages the shuttle bus service from hotel to city and back - what a delightful and wonderful person. Full of energy, super communicator and someone who we realised is a proud Neapolitan. The 20 min drive to the city and back was always fun only because of him.

The hotel really is a 4 star one, kind of rare for Italy and the personnel lifts its rating even higher! It was a pleasure to meet you.

The parking was established in an adjacent warehouse yard where many commercial activities took place. It seemed guarded but the chaos inside provided that only by chance the car wasn't scratched. People were parking in front of the hotel but there were only 2 spaces there and 2 for disabled people that were occupied anyway. Ah, also, the room was near the elevator and the ambient music was clearly audible from inside the room. The windows were not washed in a long time and although we had an excellent view of Vesuvius, they were very stained and full of dust. The soundproofing was lacking as the traffic echoed in the room all of the time.

The staff was fantastic. We had dinner at the terrace restaurant and it was great. We left very early in the morning so the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us! The room was big, very clean and modern. We really loved the hotel.

I didn´t like that the parking was not right by the hotel, specially because we left at 4 am and we felt a little scared to go to the parking, pick the car and load all the luggage at the hotel´s door. I didn´t like the neighborhood, we arrived by car and saw a lot of garbage on the streets near the hotel. It´s a pity because the hotel was really fantastic.

Everything, the staff was exceptional 👌 very helpful and as traveller's we always appreciate it and it helps make the journey pleasant. The Hotel shuttle driver is top class. Very friendly and helpful. Made us feel comfortable and safe at the same time. Receptionist and Manager were very friendly too and nothing was to much for them. We enjoyed the wellness Spa too, good after a long flight and travels to relax a bit. Room was beautiful and clean, good service of taxi from the hotel and in to town etc.

Room service menu could have more options to select from.

The staff went far and beyond to facilitate us. The stay was exceptional. The room was magnificent and the breakfast was extraordinary. The rooftop bar was excellent for a late-night cocktail overlooking the city.

The location of the hotel was not optimal. It is in an industrial area that was very dirty and seemed dangerous. A 40-minute walk to the city center.
