Super friendly staff, great central location, spacious rooms, relatively quiet (considering its central location), shutters you could close at night to make the room completely dark

The pillows were not the best. Not that important but would have been nice to get some complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine (although they did give us some when we asked) and an extra roll of toilet paper

The location is perfect to stay and very close and easy to walk to the Toledo street. Room was very clean.

The outside of the building is too old, but not the inside. When first we arrived I wondered if the area was safe or not , it is very safe, dont worry.

The room was even better than it looked in the pictures! Great location and really clean and the staff were very helpful.

It was slightly tricky to find but not a big problem as a friendly local helped us.

Shower have low Water pression. All times did'nt have enough hot water to take a shower.

Noisy neighbourhood at night - but that's Napoli Centrale! It wasn't cold, but I'd like to have hotter water for shower!

The host was really friendly, helpful and had great communication. The accommodation is right in the middle of the old city center surrounded with shops from which one can find all the necessities one may need throughout their stay. Highly recommended

I have stayed in many hotels but I have never seen such a hospitality that Vincenzo offered to me. The room is cheap and his friendship is priceless. The best Napolitan i have ever met. You can enjoy your stay without any hesitation. The room and otel common areas extremely clean and so comfortable. Neighborhood is in the center but so calm. You can reach to centro storico in 2 minutes. This room and Vincenzo who is the owner made my days in Napoli much better. Thank you so much.

The pillows were too big and the room has a very small window overlooking a very narrow courtyard so it’s basically as if there is no window.
