My stay in Naples was greatly enhanced by my choice of accommodations. The room I booked turned out to be much more than just a place to rest my head. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped by the warm ambiance of tastefully chosen decor and furnishings. The room was impeccably clean, spacious.Modern amenities were at my fingertips, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the breathtaking view of Naples cityscape from the top floor with breakfast. The beautiful scenery added an extra layer of magic to my stay. The location itself was extremely convenient. The heartbeat of Naples was just a stone's throw away with bustling markets, historic sites, and the vibrant culinary scene that Naples is famous for. The staff was another highlight of my stay. They were accommodating, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure my time in Naples was memorable. Their recommendations for local sights and eateries were spot-on, adding much value to my trip. In conclusion, this room was not merely a place to stay, but a gateway into the heart and soul of Naples. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable Neapolitan experience.

Don’t be deceived by the outside of the hotel, for a no frills budget hotel, Hotel Nettuno was almost perfect! We had a 3 night stay arriving at 12:30am on our first night. The fact that there was 24 hour lobby was fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect! Central to the historical centre and meters away from the metro to explore the rest of the city.

Marked down slightly for the hard bed. Could sleep ok but was like laying on a concrete slab, but the biggest negative for me was the fact that no fridge in the room meant having to drink warm water. Not enough of a problem to stop me staying again but enough to stop a perfect 10!

The staff are a gem. The young lady on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful. Explained everything in English and gave us recommendations for where to eat, even showing us a photo of a place on her phone. She marked places on the map and gave us info about the area answering questions;such as luggage storage when checking out, before we needed to ask. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. As others have said, the room was small, but it definitely suited our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace, light but suitable. The location is great for getting places. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Nothing to really complain about. The climb up the stairs to the elevator was the only grumble - especially as the bag was heavy. That said, it is not uncommon in these parts of the world, so I accept what it is and would not mark the hotel down for this.

The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The room’s design was modernand stylish. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual. I really enjoyed staying here!

Convenient location, air-con, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay for 1 night. I would happily stay there again.

I didn’t really have an issue with that but the room had a very strange layout with a bathroom literally being in the room without any door in between and the shower being at another side of the room than the rest of the bathroom. Not really a problem for a single room - just odd. Breakfast (sweet only) had to be paid extra and if you wanted more than one coffee/cappuccino (which was made by using capsules) you had to pay extra for that too. Everything was good though and not a problem as you have to adjust your expectations for the price.

Everything in the room was very new, including the AC, everything worked very well and the marble looked very nice. The location is also very good, close to the metro, so well connected with the main station and airport. A lot of options of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the historic center and other interesting places.

The layout of the room was a bit weird for me, the shower was inside the room and not connected to the rest of the bathroom (but nothing gets wet) and there was no door separating the toilet and the rest of the room.

The location was right in the historical city centre, all major sights were within walking distance. The room was super clean and very well maintained - almost like it was brand new. No scratches, cracks or stains anywhere. I especially liked the modern shower cabin with some fancy-looking RGB lights. Honestly, the biggest mystery to me is why they keep calling themselves a 1-star hotel. From my experience, this has been way better than many 4* hotels in other major European cities.

The provided shower gel/shampoo packets were too small, not enough for even one person.

Really helpful and friendly staff. The location is good for access to the Piazza del Plebiscito, port and the waterfront, with plenty of restaurants along the waterfront area.

The bathroom wasn't as in the photo on the listing (the shower is actually in the same room as the bed) but this didn't really bother me as I didn't need to use the shower during my short stay. The bed was smaller than expected - while the photos matched, it was a little short for me (6'2") and quite narrow.

The hotel is perfectly located near the metro and the Alibus. You can walk to all interesting touristic locations in Napoli. A little foodstore is directly besides the hotel. A cafe right around the corner. We did not have breakfast because we wanted to enjoy different food in Napoli. The 3-bed (1 duoble, 1 single) was pretty small, but for a city trip you only use the hotel to sleep and have a shower. Therefore it was PERFECT! We could leave the luggage at the reception as our flight left late in the evening. The pricing was perfect!

Great location especially for those, who want to explore the city (it’s quite close to most places worth visiting and very close to the metro station). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and pretty comfortable.

If there was a mini fridge in the room to keep our food/drinks cold (especially in the Italian summer) it’d be perfect :)
