Nice hotel not far from the train station. The location is great because from one side the hotel is near the entrance to the historical part of the city and from other side its 5-10 min walk to train station (as main one as well as Circumvesuviana which brings you to Amalfi coast, Pompei, etc). The room was clean and comfortable with enough space, fridge in the room, comfortable beds, air conditioning. A lot of people complaining about surroundings, but is natural social environment of Naple, and me with a child have not found it very horrible or scary. The big advantage of the hotel is opportunity to check-out even after midnight (if you have late flight for example). The breakfast is modest, but still enough to start your day well.

For a 3* city centre hotel this is a really great place to stay. It was basic but was clean, comfortable and modern. We could leave our bags when we arrived early and on the morning we checked out. Reception is 24 hours and the staff on reception were efficient, polite and helpful. The room was quiet and had an automated, external blind which helped with any noise and kept the room dark. The room was an adequate size for a couple of nights. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. A continental buffet breakfast with freshly made coffee was included and was more than enough. This hotel was extremely good value for money and within walking distance of the main station and the historic centre. We would definitely stay here again.

The shower cubicle was small.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel was very clean, had air conditioning, elevator, and rooms were attended to daily. Plenty of towels etc. The small fridge and safe, in room was much appreciated. The roof terrace was also a bonus to sit on safely at night.

Would have liked an ice machine at the Hotel that we could access especially at night, for drinks to sit on the terrace. Tried to purchase ice, but none of wee supermarkets had any. And a small kettle in room would be a plus also, so we could make tea/coffee at any time.

Staff is amazingly welcoming and friendly. I thought the air-con was not working, but you have to insert the key on the socket near the bed...

Neighborhood was a bit noisy but perfectly fine to sleep.

Gianni and his staff were excellent and I greatly appreciated their help in having a secure, clean and comfortable stay in Naples. I stayed at the Colombo hotel for 15 nights and I couldn’t have been happier. Yes the room is small and yes the area around the hotel is dirty, particularly after a weekday but the area has real character and quite frankly I loved it. Molte grazie Gianni a te e al tuo staff. The area around the hotel but it is close to the Metro underground, the main central station and a bus travels every 20 minutes between the airport and the station and costs just 5 euro!

First of all, hotel is nice and clean. Stuff very polite and helpful. Room was clean and everything was like it says desribtion on Booking. Location is good, near main station, so this hotel is perfect if you stay in Napoli just to visit other cities. Breakfast was good and tasty.

Street where is hotel is not safe to walk in the night. So be careful, if you are returning in the night to hotel- rather take taxi. Doors of room are weak.

The people who run the hotel are very great and helpful! They are a great team. The hotel was very clean. And the location towards the city was good. (10min walk to the old town)

It was really noisy and if you come from the main train station you walk (if you trust Google Maps) through a street with a lot of homeless people. However, if you follow the directions from the hotel, you avoid the homeless. Nevertheless, we felt safe. This should not be an exclusion criterion.

What a good little place to spend the night: close to the station, friendly staff, hot shower, soft bed and the windows effectively blocked any street noise outside. The coffee and breakfast were great, too! Found this place through Nannybags because I needed to store our luggage for the following day. That part of it was so convenient as well.

The shower was handheld in the most literal sense; the holder would drop the shower head whenever we tried to put it up at a reasonable height and angle; made it hard to use soap etc. Also we couldn't get the internet to work, it couldn't load the website to input the password. But that was no big issue for us, we had prepaid sim cards with internet.

A well located hotel, great for a city break stay. The staff were very helpful, especially for directions and recommendations of places to visit and eat! I took a single room, which was very clean and adequate for my stay. The hotel is well situated if you plan to visit Pompeii, with the train station just minutes away. Despite being warned that this area near the station is not safe, the hotel seemed to be on the right side of the dodgy area, and I felt safe coming home late at night by myself. Also they kept my luggage safely during the day after check out.

The mattress and pillow were a bit thin, and bed squeaky. But I was so tired after walking around the city all day, I had no problem sleeping!

The hotel is fantastic! The staff is really kind and helpful - they helped me in absolutely everything that I needed. Really kind people! The location is perfect, close to Napoli Centrale and Circumvesuviana. And also near to the City Center. The room is cozy and the breakfast is delicious! I really recommend this place!
