The location was excellent and the room was clean. The room was well within walking distance to the train and metro station and to some great restaurants. Breakfast provided at the café next door was great.

Be mindful that the lift requires 10 cent coins to use during weekdays. The host was kind enough to provide some change for us but it's just good to keep in mind.

Location very close to the Napoli centrale train station.Clean, comfy bed,small but nice terrace. 6th floor with an elevator.

No breakfast and it was not possible to get it anywhere for two euros per person/coffee and croissant/as we were told. There was no sign with the name of accomodation so it was hard to find it.

Comfortable mattress, clean room, nice bar for breakfast with polite staff, willing host. Really close to Naples mainrailwaystation with the bus stop to the airport. Walking distance to the city centre. Balcony with a with to the Garibaldi Squere

Little slow wifi-connection. Little noise in the morning because of traffic, Elevator working with 10 cents (during day time (Mo-Fr). There are not so many local native people in the Piazza Garibaldi area,

everything was great! truly Naples’ breakfast in cozy caffe was tasty ☕️ very authentical entry to the hotel and elevator with payment, while host was so nice that left us some coins to use ☺️ room was big and clean. it was a bit noisy but due to the street activities (close to central station) and sometimes water was not so hot as I would like it to be. while the rest - perfect!

Owner was very nice and explained everything correctly although he didn't speak english. Room was good with breakfast in next door cafeteria included (coffee and croissant with nutella). Good localisaton to go to Popmeii or Sorrento - near was Garibaldi Train Station.

To use elevator for 6th floor where was the room between 7am-7pm it was obligatory to pay 0,1 euro so be prepared - stock up on coins ;)

It was great for our needs, short stay for a couple. Location is excellent, very easy to move around the city and i.e. Pompeii from Garibaldi station. Room was clean and more quiet than expected (it is situated on 6th floor, top of the building, so you really don't hear that much happenings from the street). Breakfast was nice experience for us, sitting in a bar with bunch of local people, but don't expect some huge meal, it was more like snack and coffee. Luigi helped us with our requests and was always available on whatsapp. Grazie Luigi :)

great location for railway station. Nice clean room & bathroom. Handy having a fridge. We were a bit late for check in but were met and helped to get into the room, which was a little tricky to find. Cappucino & croissant was provided in good little cafe next door.

Very good ratio price-standard, the room is small but everything what you need is inside - comfortable bed, tiny fridge. There is also very nice balcony - when you look at the view from balcony on the left side you see beautiful elegant part of the city and when you look on the right side you can see the real Napoli which is a wonderful contrast and I really enjoyed that view. Street is very load but so is the whole Napoli so that’s normal for such a great localization - city center, everything accessible via walk, no need to take bus anywhere. The building is an old tenement but really decent, you need to pay 10cents each time you want to use the elevator (mon-fri 7-19) and it’s the last floor of the building. But that was not a big issue cause we got some coins from the lady who gave us keys. The breakfast is really nice - croissant and cappuccino is a default option but you can change it as you wish (choose tea instead of coffee or take salty dish, not sweet). If you plan some early morning activities like eg. trip to Capri you’ll probably miss the breakfast cause the bar opens kinda late (for sure not before 7:30). Air condition worked perfectly and the host let us leave baggage at the apartment very early cause we came to Napoli in the morning. The communication with host was perfect, I recommend the whole place!

It could have been better with the lift being charged at 10 cents per ride. They keys to get in the main door were hard to navigate

Luigi is a very good host, he met us right on the street and showed us the apartment and also gave some good recommendations about the city, the apartment is very clean and fully corresponds to the advertisement
