Very helpful staff. Nice large room with plenty of storage space. There is a really nice roof garden bar, where you can hang out to enjoy the evening, with a beautiful view of the church dome.

Room facilities were good (a/c, minibar, etc) but there was no kettle to be able to make that first cup of coffee in the morning! There was a nice, fairly large, balcony but it did not have any chairs so you could not sit out on it. However the rooftop garden was an excellent place to hang out instead.

The reception areas at the hotel are lovely, the lift works well, and the breakfast was excellent (a decent amount of choice, nice big light dining room). the staff I met were friendly and polite. The hotel is in an excellent location for the train station which is why I chose it, but beware: google maps sent me on a ridiculous round-about route during the hottest part of a really hot and humid day, and I dragged my case through crowded cobbled lanes including through a loud, chaotic market which is held just outside the hotel. Once I was at the hotel, I worked out that the direct route was about 1/3 the distance - you can see the station from the corner. So don't listen to Google Maps!

I had a single room and the bed was, in the way of Italian beds, too firm for my liking. The pillow was - also in Italian style - very flat. Italians must all sleep on their backs I think. There was a duvet on top but no single sheet, and it was way too hot to sleep under a quilt, so I had to sleep on top of the bedding (I guess it added an extra layer of padding). The air con was effective but it wasn't clear how to turn it down (or off). There was nowhere to put my case - no luggage stand etc - which was inconvenient. the location, close to the station, is not all that salubrious. There is a market held in the street just outside the hotel, full of young men selling shoes and things, and I did not feel very safe there.

Checked in I had contracted bronchitis they were wonderful and helpful but they did not have a room for the next couple of nights he worked very diligently to find me another hotel which was unbelievably excellent and it is to the good work of the staff at the San Pietro that I got a hotel that was great it was not booked to your booking service

Honestly there was nothing I did not like at this hotel staff was friendly and helpful and was accommodating as I could understanding that I was not feeling well

Staff members were all very helpful and kind, with information re restaurants, taxi service, places to visit, and were very welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful, in a beautiful rooftop location and the waiter was very welcoming and offered excellent service. Hotel was very clean and it was good value. Close to the train station and Garibaldi metro line.

Area around the hotel felt a little sketchy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They stored our bags before check in so we could do some sightseeing and return later in the day. This hotel is situated on the edge of the historic part of Naples, and is a short walking distance from the train station. The area around the train station is pretty dingy, whilst the historic part of Naples is really cool with a sort of 'lived in' feel to it. The hotel is situated between the two, overlooking a courtyard which feels quite safe. Once checked in, head towards the historic area for some decent pizza.

Lovely hotel, better than expected in this location in Naples. Well decorated, good bathroom, nice breakfast - lots of fruit, cake, cereals. Very smart,polite staff. Close to central train station

The surrounding area, centre of Naples, looks quite run down, graffiti, piles of rubbish and buildings need attention. Hotel itself looks very smart

The rooms are large, clean and well decorated and finished.

The internet is in serious need of upgrading, which is in part because the fiber optic lines has not reached that street yet. But also we had to change rooms because the wifi signal could not reach the bedroom part of the suite we had booked because the stone walls were too think. The second room worked fine.

The staff was more than kind and helped to check in about 10 AM, instead of 2 PM!!! The hotel has a very convenient location near the Central station, but on a small quiet street near one of the central boulevards - Corso Umberto.The hotel is beautifully arranged with a spacious lobby and reception. Our room was very nice and comfortable. We had an electrical kettle on our special request. Thanks for this!

Everything was really fine!

The hotel was amazing ,you only had to walk a few metres to the main shopping area ,and Lorenzo was incredibly .

It would be nice to have o kettle and Tea and Coffee in the room

great location for overnight stay near ferry ,airport , old Naples town and promenade. room -quiet ,comfortable bed , good shower . breakfast -fresh fruit, pastries, eggs,etc. friendly and very helpful desk staff with recommendations for quick walking tour and restaurants which worked well for our one night stay .
