Among the best hotel included breakfast in Italy … bacon , eggs, ham, multple pastries , coofee, juice, frit salad etc. Clean and very comfortable rooms. From 3rd floor nice view of traine lines (metro line 2, 300 meters away( grocery shopping 150 meters away and fantastic seea food (Kemar) in frontof hotel. Extremely large Japanese restaurant next door.

Not clear that there is instructions on how to get door gate open for the garage…, but a very safe and protected parking area

I liked everything,the room,the beds, the pillows,the shower with good water pressure,the tasty breakfast,the hotel staff,the location with short walking to the Metro, the near supermarket,clean hotel

As I said before I liked everything.It was great.This 3 star hotel should be easily be 4 stars. With near Metro liner 2 it was easy visit tourist places and it has a connection to metro line 1 and stops near several places of interest

As we travel a lot, about once a month somewhere in Europe, I always look for a hotel with good reviews. I will start with the only negative thing that happened and afterwards only pozitives. Hotel charged me 109€ on the arrival day( half of the full price without city tax). They said that this is what happens, and I will get the money back in 20 days or so. Is like a deposit or something similar and I still had to pay 218€, which was the full price without city tax. So now I’m waiting to get the money back. It never happened to me before (and as I said, I travel a lot), to be charged a certain deposit plus the entire amount. Pozitive - 20 minutes away from center by train or metro, I still didn’t figure it out what that train was. Naples public transportation was a bit of a headache for us. But as for the hotel, clean, comfortable, the air conditioning was working properly, wifi was okish at 6th floor. Staff professional, helpful. The check out was until 12pm so plenty of time to wake up. They let us leave our bags in their deposit room until evening. So for two nights, was really good. I recommend it. Enjoy your trip in Naples.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great location of the hotel, very close to public transport, well connected to the city center and loads of great restaurants nearby with some amazing Pizzas. The hotel also has a private garage for parking.

the air-conditioning was set to heating mode, and we were unable to change that, so we had to open the windows to let the room cool. We were given a room with a special needs, and when we requested for a change to a regular room, they were able to move us to a different room.

Comfortable and clean room with cleaning every day, nice ambience, good location close to metro and bus station - not far from historical center but also close to the nice beach with beach club. Very good breakfats and nice, helpful staff. Great steak restaurant on the other site of the road. Coffe and tea set in a room that I very appreciated. I will back to this hotel again.

Warm in the corridor on the floor.

The room was clean, there was a air conditioning which is a huge plus at this weather!! Breakfast was basic Italian style but yet still good. There was a metro nearby which you can take if you want to go to the city center, we didn’t do that (we were the only one night as a stop by) but would recommend to do that because the area where the hotel was, was little bit dirty and not like you would like to hang out in there. Otherwise our stay there was good and the hotel is good. Also a big plus for the private parking!! Felt much safer to let the car be there than in the busy road.

My rating is taking into consideration that this is a 3star hotel. The hotel was clean, all basic facilities were provided, the breakfast is nice, the staff helpful. The atmosphere everywhere in the hotel was cosy. It is located literally 4 minutes walking from the metro line 2 - it is taking around 30 minutes to go to the historic centre but the area is nice! And close to the Diego Maradonna stadium.

Modern hotel with comfortable bed (pillows pretty hard though!). Lovely breakfast buffet which also included bacon and eggs! Staff very helpful

The area it was in. Traffic very busy and the street seemed quite run down. Although paradoxically there was a lovely new restaurant across the road and a huge Japanese restaurant which also looked new, next to the hotel.

We stayed for one night and it was great! The woman in the reception was sooo nice and warm-hearted. She made sure you feel welcomed. It was a fresh hotel in a good location. We will definitely come back!

The air condition stoped during the night a couple of time. We told that in the reception next day and it was due to the card was not fully inside the holder. They wished we would have called them during yhe night, however we were too tired. So, that was our bad. Also, the woman in reception offered us cappuccino for this. She was the best!

The Breakfast was excellent and the Staff could not be more helpful . Enrico and Paolo were so helpfull in assisiting us to purchase football tickets . If it had not been for them , my sone would have missed the game !

A seated Bar area would have been better to use after a day of walking around Naples. If there were chairs to sit and relax , we certainly would have used the bar
