While our trip began with some challenges—our flight being canceled, for example— Palazzo Esedra team’s efforts truly turned things around and made this trip a memorable experience. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the service we received was definitely 5-star quality. The care, attention, recommendations and assistance provided throughout our stay were exceptional! The housekeeping team, in particular, was outstanding in maintaining cleanliness and attending to every detail in our room. One suggestion I have is to consider adding more variety to the breakfast buffet, perhaps by including more vegetables. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily recommend your hotel to friends and family. Special thank you to Alberto and his team!!

The staff are very helpful. Especially on reception, are the ones who speak better English go an extra mile to fulfil your needs. Amazing team on reception.

Only cold breakfast selection. You have to order from ala carte menu for hot breakfast eventhough you are a resident and have breakfast included. Very expensive breakfast during our stay. 2 fried eggs with some salad on a big plate is 8 euro per person. We ordered mini breakfast for €12 and we got fried eggs/scrambled eggs, streaky bacon rashers and some salad only. The menu was shown to us as got grilled tomato, beans, sausages included in the mini for €12 and not available. We didn't know the charge till the time if checkout day which was three days after. But we don't have any proof to show them - what was in the plate. Watch out people- it's a rip off.

Simple yet very elegant Professional staff Quality food at breakfast Coffee is very strong (it may be a negative for some) Efficient cleaning, and good amenities in the room Bidet!

A bit more hot choices at breakfast would not have been bad Safebox did not work It was not hard to find it but parking could be better highlighted

What an amazing and unexpected surprise to find this repurposed 1938 building built in the fascist/art deco style of the era. The building alone was worth the visit. Photo worthy shots everywhere. The staff was exceptionally friendly, breakfast was wonderful, served in a grand hall, the rooms were big and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect location if you are attending an event at arena flegrea, mostra d’oltremare or Maradona stadium. The historic center is 30 min away by metro, that is close by. If you travel by car is perfect to have parking lot. Breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly.

The property was so clean, every single corner was spotless. The rooms were great and the setting of the breakfast room and bar was stunning! We were only there one night but were made to feel very welcome and comfortable.

The location isn’t the best if you’re wanting to explore Naples. Great metro 5 minute walkaway though!

Some of the equipment needs a little renovation, but it isn't critical.

The room was good, clean, big, and quiet. Breakfast was small and basic but sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are good public transport connections nearby.

The personnel, the structure, the size of room and bathroom. A pleasureable stay for sure.

Breakfast could had been more better with hot eggs options and good quality of juices (better would had been fresh)
