Simple yet very elegant Professional staff Quality food at breakfast Coffee is very strong (it may be a negative for some) Efficient cleaning, and good amenities in the room Bidet!

A bit more hot choices at breakfast would not have been bad Safebox did not work It was not hard to find it but parking could be better highlighted

What an amazing and unexpected surprise to find this repurposed 1938 building built in the fascist/art deco style of the era. The building alone was worth the visit. Photo worthy shots everywhere. The staff was exceptionally friendly, breakfast was wonderful, served in a grand hall, the rooms were big and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The property was so clean, every single corner was spotless. The rooms were great and the setting of the breakfast room and bar was stunning! We were only there one night but were made to feel very welcome and comfortable.

The location isn’t the best if you’re wanting to explore Naples. Great metro 5 minute walkaway though!

Free wifi throughout without a password. Clean modern rooms with all the amenities. Large bathroom with large tub and shower. Good breakfast. Nice courtyard with seating if the weather is right. If you're there for soccer, it is right next to the stadium. Free parking plus convenient to other forms of local public transport ( train, bus, metro).

One friend arrived on foot. It was difficult to find since the building it is an old palace and the signage was not visible. Even a police offi er gave her wrong jnfo to fi d the entrance. We arrived by car. The GPS took me to the back of the building where there was parking. I was unsure if I was in the right place because, again, there was no visible signage and the parking lot was gated. I had to get out of the car to read the tiny label where there was a 'doorbell' that signaled to the front desk to open the gate. There are only stairs for entrance front and back. No ramp, so luggage was difficult. Also means not handicap accessible.

The personnel, the structure, the size of room and bathroom. A pleasureable stay for sure.

Breakfast could had been more better with hot eggs options and good quality of juices (better would had been fresh)

Great location for the football stadium, easy to travel on public transport and nice big rooms. The breakfast was basic but nice and fresh and the staff were very friendly/helpful.

The shower was good but the hose was slightly damaged.

the art deco look was really unusual. The rooms had everything we needed (other than a kettle!) and were nice and clean. the reception and bar staff were exceptionally helpful.

it was hard to regulate the temperature in the rooms.
