Good location, large suite with two rooms

Wi-Fi could be better, cleanness may be improved as there was some dust on/in the furniture, in a day we found all our things stacked in cabinets/wardrobe, all together, clothes, candies, chargers, slippers, the maid argued that it was the boss request to proceed like that as they wanted to have some pictures of the room. Everything was like it was a police search.

Great location: historic centre as well as central train and bus station are at short walking distance! Spacious and clean room, responsive staff. Many good cafes and restaurants nearby: authentic food, fair prices, friendly owners.

The hotel is quite old so many things require improvement, decoration. No hot water pressure in the shower - not comfortable for my long hair. Some items a bit broken, e.g. toilet paper holder. All the above not really important and do not spoil the vacation but would be great if sorted out so I could rate at the best next time.

The location of the accommodation was pretty good. The staff members were polite and everytime we needed something they helped us.

We would like to suggest to have a minibar in the room because we bought some drinks and food and we were not able to put it somewhere. The same goes to the trash bin, which was only 1 in the bathroom.

Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is near (ca. 8-10 min walk) to the central train station.

The location of the hotel in the city itself (Mercado) was not the best - could have been cleaner.

Friendly receptionist on arrival, really lovely and welcoming. Had a family feel to it. The room was bigger and better than what we expected considering we booked this hotel on a budget and one of the cheapesr options around so we were quite impressed. We wanted to stay longer than one night!

Only reason it's not 10 is the shower. Took a long time to warm up and the pressure wasn't great. But I would happily stay there again for the price. Really liked it!

The people were very nice and welcoming. They helped us with every need we had. The breakfast was amazing. It was very clean and they did clean the room every day.

The location it is central near train , bus , metro,frecciarossa . Nearby there is food shop, bread makers and centre activities.the host they where very nice to everyone and i will give maximum points .

Really nice room for so good price. Great location. The high ceilings really made the room seem big. View from the window was nice. Hotel receptionist was SUPER nice! Reception area was new and glamorous. We stayed in a room with a round bed, bed was nice.

Matress was a little worn out.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Very good for a one night stay in Naples!

Their eftpos wasn’t working when we went to pay so we had to go and get cash out.

24h reception and polite, welcoming staff. Good coffe and Cappuccino offered with breakfast.

looks like fruits and cakes are not updated often. On the second day were just 2 kiwis left.
