The room was very clean, and the lovely housekeepers went above and beyond everyday. The staff and the ladies who run the front desk were exceptional, super friendly, very helpful, even helped us with finding things to do and how to get there. They even stayed late our first night as our flight was delayed so that we could still check in. Also, this hotel is in a fantastic walking distance to all the cool sights in Naples, and to the central station to take the train to Pompeii

The shower is pretty small and the walls are a little thin- our neighbors were on their phones early in the morning and we could hear their conversations pretty easily.

+ Very central location next to the old town, the central station and a metro station. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff (offered right away to organize a taxi in advance when I asked for information about the situation to go to the airport. Clean room (if a bit "special" in terms of interior design) and bathroom.

- Room was a bit dark and the interior design is "special", but just to sleep all that matters is cleanliness, and no issue there!

Altogether it was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and service-oriented at any time, very patient with the guest's requests and (on top of that) spoke English very fluent, which made communication a lot easier. I especially want to mention Ivan, who checked us in and greeted us with the warmest welcome I've ever expericenced. This super motivated and friendly guy told us everything we needed to know, gave us a free map and made sure we wouldn't miss out on anything important during our short stay. At 11 p.m. on a staurday night, this exceeded any expectations by far - and believe me, ALL his recommendations were really good! Hard to say anything negative. The only thing that was not exactly as expected was our bathroom window since it couldn't really be closed on one side, but that was no big deal to us.

We wish we had asked her name, but the female with the long black hair who greeted us was fantastic. She gave us such a warm welcome and wrote us a list of recommendations for things to do without us having to ask. She wrote detailed directions and comments on the back of a map. One of the restaurants she recommended was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. She was a star!

The location wasn’t in a particularly nice part of town but it was quiet and only a few streets away from the station and main streets. Although it wasn’t particularly nice surroundings, we did feel safe and had no trouble.

Above all, I liked the location of the accommodation, in the center of the city but at the same time away from the noise. The breakfast was excellent, both in terms of food selection and taste. The service was pleasant, helpful and friendly.

If you had to look for something extra and bring it out, only the wall attachment of the hand shower was broken :). At the same time, both the water pressure and temperature in shower were very good.

it’s a little rough in the neighborhood, rooms were small, safe wasn’t working and lockbox wasn’t bolted down, very thin walls and small shower. breakfast said it ran from 8-10 but wasn’t ready either day. went outside and waited on the first day and second day breakfast attendant was not happy. it showed in the cold cappuccino she served us.

It's a nice little Hotel for a trip to Napoli. We stayed there for 4 nights. The owners and staff are nice and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent! There is a rooftop terrace - nice to sit out in the evening. They have put a lot of effort into soundproofing - it is quiet at night. The colours of the rooms...well, certainly to get used to, but that is not really important. The old town is only 5 minutes away to walk. We had our car parked in the street right in front of the hotel, nothing ever happened to it, but, mind you, it's not a fancy car. Alternatively: Car Valet service is an option they offer. If we come back to Napoli, we will surely stay there again.

Beds were very comfortable. The staff was great, scheduled the taxi to the airport and prepared a breakfast box to take early in the morning.

The pillows are to high and there was no fresh bread in the breakfast.

The staff were so helpful and lovely. They make the hotel. The hotel room itself was nice, comfortable bed, with good air conditioning, and nice bathroom. The hotel is quiet and has a nice roof terrace where breakfast is served. The area is rather lively and authentic. I loved it. Perfect for the ports. Very handy for the boat to Procida which is a great place to visit. The Museo d'Arte Contemporanea Donnaregina, (i. e. the Museo Madre) is within walking distance - it is a wonderful contemporary art museum - that’s very much my cup of tea but even if contemporary art isn’t your thing it’s a nice walk there and worth a visit. If you want to stay very local and are looking for food, there is a great modern Pizzeria very close by called Bro. I would recommend. It’s on Piazza Mercato 222/B, 80142 Napoli. But sure you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants in Napoli.

I was only in Naples for 2 days so I needed a place close to the train station. The Fly Boutique Hotel was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful (though not fluent in English, but enough so that they were super helpful!) it served its purpose as a low cost, comfortable hotel. the terrace off of the breakfast room was especially lovely, I can’t believe I had it to myself every time I went up :)

nothing I didn’t like in particular. it’s hard to tell if it was a “good” part of Naples or if all of the city is like that. I still felt safe for the most part, and the closeness to the shops on Umberto was super helpful.
