The view is amazing with a big balcony which gives both sea and city views. The room and the common area are clean and well maintained. Bathroom was quite big and well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and tasty and prepared with care. Giorgio was a great host, super helpful and polite, explaining things, answering questions, giving advice, he even helped us with organising a private transport to the Amalfi coast. The area provides really tasty and cheap food, like the pizza place just downstairs. I would definitely stay here again if I am back to Naples!

The area looks a bit dodgy, but we (two women) didn't have any problems. The shared fridge for guests could be a bit too small if you want to store food for meals in it, but does the job for some drinks and the occasional cheese.

The first impression when we entered the room was wow, divine on the 9th floor. Giorgio welcomed us nicely and showed us around with all the information. The room was very comfortable, with a huge balcony and the most beautiful view. We are really very happy to have found this accommodation because it couldn't have been better. Breakfast awaited us every morning so that our bellies were not empty.

there was nothing we didn't like about the accommodation. The only thing was that it was very hot, but even for that we had a solution, because we had air conditioning in the room.

Very nice rooms with a great view on one of the main churches and the vesuvius. The host was amazing as he was always able to help and share with us the best details of the city and what to explore. Within 5 minutes walking you will be in the center, and it is 10 minutes to the historic center, so very well located.

You stay in the middle of an Italian city, so it will always be buzzing and therefore expect some outside noise in the early morning when the city wakes up.

Giorgio could not do enough to make our stay amazing! We absolutely loved the apartment the views were absolutely incredible!!! Giorgio gave us so many amazing tips about seeing Napoli in its best form! We loved the breakfast the croissants were AMAZING. The tv in the room was great and the aircon was a saviour. The balcony was gorgeous! We loved every minute of our stay at this amazing b&b and would highly recommend!! We will definitely return when we return to Naples

We absolutely loved this B&B, partly on the outskirts but we didn’t mind walking the 15 mins or so into the centre, there’s also tram lines quite close if needs be! The area is a bit worse for wear and as a woman was happy to have my partner by my side when it got dark. We never had any issues whatsoever and it’s a quiet area.

Giorgio was kind and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was especially delicious. We chose this B&B to enjoy our trip to Naples.

I think it's because the wi-fi connection is weak, but I couldn't use the camera when I tried to zoom using the B&B's wi-fi. However, the mobile Wi-Fi I rented and carried was weak, so the Wi-Fi environment in Naples may be bad. But I was able to watch YouTube. Please also note that a taxi from the B&B to the airport costs 25 euros.

We liked everything about the apartment. It was very modern, clean, comfortable and we had very pleasant stay. The host was very nice, he helped us with everything, explained everything we needed about the city and very friendly.

The location is not exactly in the city center. You need to walk 1.5km to get there. Also you can hear the other guests in the morning and that is not very pleasing if you want to sleep in.

Giorgio! So kind and communicative. Accommodating whenever we were in need. We also liked that the place was a bit further removed from all the people and car traffic. Excellent breakfast - yummy croissants! Clean! and super soft beds. Beautiful view! Also, after our stay was over, Giorgio kindly let us keep our bags there while we explored the city, and we were also extremely grateful that he let us come back and eat our pizza there, as it was sweltering hot outside and difficult to enjoy our food out in that kind of weather.

I’m sensitive to smell, so got a bit of headache from the faint smoke smell in the front breakfast area and the perfume smell in the room from the cleaners. Was able to air out the smell some though, and eventually just got used to it too. Shower also didn’t drain well. But, these were very minor issues. Giorgio being so accommodating and responsive made up for it.

I loved the room and view from both windows. Everything was clean and tidy. Lovely balcony to sit out on with wrap round balcony views. The photos for this b&b are exactly what you get. Giorgio, our b&b host was perfect in many ways. He was polite, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable about all things good to see and do in Naples. Giorgio speaks in fluent English. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious- so had lots to eat for the start of our busy days ahead. Excellent pizza restaurant next door. Restaurant or take away opens at 7 pm. I was sad to leave this b&b on my last day as loved waking up to such a gorgeous view. The bed was very comfortable too. If you needed to make tea, coffee and bring in take away.food, all was possible with Giorgio's invitation for you to use the kitchen / dining area/ dishes. Thank you Giorgio for taking such good care of us. Wishing you everything good for your future!!!

Having breakfast with tasty coffee is something what distinguishes this place from others in Naples Additionally, there are w few other possibilities to have such wonderful view to Vesuvius and the harbor. Giorgio is fantastic host, warm, helpful and competent. The rooms were cleaned every day. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is working well. On the ground floor there is pizzeria Del Popolo with very tasty and in reasonable price pizzas. Nearby there is Restorante da Leonardo with tasty sea food dishes. All the most important sightseeing are in walking distance, the train to the Pompei is 10 minutes on foot. The vicinity is not very crowded location like the Spanish quarter and seem to be quite safe.

everything was perfect

Room was very comfortable great view from the balcony. The bed and pillows were soft. The room was also very clean. It's a really good location only 5 mins away from the metro and close to the historic sec. And the host giorgio is the man! Great to go to for any advice and really looks after his guests. I would definitely stay here again :)

In all I can't really think of anything negative to say, it's solid accommodation. Maybe that the elevator up to the premises can be quite scary the first time.
