The breakfast was amazing. The lady in charge was very attentive, nice and could answer all of our questions. She helped us find out how to get around the city and gave us tips on where to go visit. We loved that we could use the air conditioning as we wished, so at night we could lower it as to not be cold. For breakfast, she asked the day before what pastry we wanted from a selection. Coffee is available with lactose-free milk if you need it.

The only thing we found odd (but understandible since it’s al old building) is that to get to the third floor, you must take an old elevator. You put 10 cents in, and it takes you up. The hotel supplies the coins, so that’s no issue, but we had the misfortune of getting there on a day that it wasn’t working. The lady at the checking in section had to help us take the suitcases up 3 floors…

Maison Degas is located in a beautiful, historic square. The views from the windows of the statues and historic buildings is great! The hotel itself is in an historic building. Also, Dora and Dario who took care of us during our stay and when reserving our room, were both very friendly and professional!

The air conditioning, when turned on needs a higher setting to cool room faster.

Cozy place, clean with a large room and great staff, not mentioning the great breakfast. Dora was one of kind 😀, she contact me as soon as I got off my flight to register my car plate and then, once we arrive, she took an initiative to spent the time with us to introduce the main sites around and gave us recommendation on great restaurants.

The location is ideal for the historical district, so easy with a taxi station right outside and close to the ferry. Reproductions of degas paintings throughout. A unique entrance and experience

The access is on the 3rd floor and the elevator requires a 10 cent piece. If you don't have the 1st one you have to walk. Once there the staff always had them available

Service does not get any better than Dora. We arrived hot and tired and she made us drinks and snacks and was so lovely. She also organised an early morning car to the airport and left out some breakfast for us. The hotel was great! Only problem was we only stayed one night. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Naples.

The staff was exceptional. Any help that was needed was greeted with a positive and professional attitude. The facilities/property were fantastic. Breakfast was outstanding every day. We totally recommend this hotel. The location is walking distance to everything (landmarks, historical areas, busses, restaurants and more)

Location was great

Authentic old building so bathroom had its limitations, in particular the built-in device that 'grinds' the water before letting it flush into the sewage system is kind of noisy at night (but only when someone uses the bathroom though). Note that it is not really a hotel: late check-in was not ideal and breakfast is modest.

Magdalena who was responsable at the hotel was really a great person,she had in good contact with us from the beginning,she gave us all the necessary information about the historical places,restaurants etc. The location of the hotel is perfect,in historicl center,near to the monuments and several shops,restaurants,cafes, The room was clean and satistactory equipped The breakfast was good enough for us

THE LOCATION IS SUPER,VERY CENTRAL!THE SUITE IS VERY SPACIOUS WITH TWO SEPERATE ROOMS!THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO GIVE INFORMATION.I WOULD LIKE THANK DARIO FOR HIS HOSPITALITY!

THE WALLS OF THE BATH NEED A REFRESH BECAUSE THEY ARE MOULDY AND SMEELL. ALSO THE BREAKFAST WAS POOR!

The hotel is a rare find - on the top floor of an old historic Palais in a quiet courtyard. The neighbourhood and location are excellent - within walking distance of many historic sights - and well situated for lively bars and restaurants. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

Room/bed could have been a bit warmer.
